Most Helpful Positive Review Multi-purpose Perfection This is perfect as a brow gel and for lashes if you are looking for a more natural look (or if you are like me and just don't want to deal with removing black mascara every single night. Let's give those puppies a break :P). Lashes are defined with no need of a colored mascara. I also tried putting this on before applying a colored mascara and it was nice. It seperated and lengthened my lashes and made the colored mascara go on smoothly. This didn't flake on me, didn't change color when dry, and did not feel sticky on the brows once dry. So overall, me likey.
Most Helpful Critical Review Great For Non Mascara Days You get a lot of product for a low price. The formula is very wet and can be heavy. An issue is that the brush picks up a ridiculous amount of product, way too much. This can cause the lashes to clump and stick together. How I counteract this is by scraping off excess product using the edge of the tube. The brush is okay. It would have been better if it had more bristles to capture each lash individually. I usually apply the amount of product I would like on my lashes, wait about 1-2 minutes for the mascara to get a bit tacky and then take an eyelash brush to separate and achieve the shape I want. These are a lot of steps opposed to just swiping on and being finished. This would not be ideal for someone pressed for time. However, on most days I just do not want to wear regular mascara since it is a pain to remove. I hope they improve the product in the future. These changes would really elevate it as a product. But I still use it. I like it, not love it.

I use this product on days that I don't feel like doing a full mascara look, and before I apply mascara I apply this as a primer which works really well. Only thing is the product is cheaper at other stores.

This works for brows to hold it all day or to style them the way you like it. Personally, I like using it after using my eyebrow pencil. I don't really like the spoolie that much but it's alright. Overall, I would buy this again but I would never use it on my lashes because it does nothing for them.

I have very thick, long, straight lashes and brows. This will not hold a curl all day but it will for a decent amount of time and makes my lashes look great and decently lifted even without curling for a clear mascara. However this won't do anything for my brows and within minutes it's like I never used it

I found this product in high school and have been using it religiously since. It is my secret to long and defined lashes. Use this first and then put a couple coats of Maybelline Define-A-Lash on top for the perfect lengthening/separated look. Never any clumps. I always get asked if I'm wearing falsies!

It's cute at first. Right after applying I noticed a huge difference, and I thought the reviews were right and I was going to love this. Unfortunately, the effects only last a minute. Not long after I put the mascara on, it looked like I wasn't wearing any. I still use this as an eyelash primer, but it's no good as a normal mascara. Spend your money on something better.

Love this! I have naturally dark eyelashes, and this enhances them so it looks like I have on black mascara! This is super easy to use as well, and it lasts all day.

I had a higher expectation for this than I should have, especially after reading reviews. I bought this for the days I don't want to wear mascara and the other days when I need my brows on point. I was disappointed that this did nothing for either.

I saw a YouTube beauty hacks video, where this mascara was used as a eyebrow gel. This was way before eyebrows became a thing, I tried it and I haven't stopped.
I've recommended this hack to family, friends, acquaintances and strangers in the Ulta store. I have tried it on my lashes, but I don't see any significance effect compared to a black or brown mascara.

I am a mascara junkie but a had an awful stye on my eyelid. This caused me to lose a lot of eyelashes. The stye finally went away but my lashes are still too delicate to start using mascara. This helps build strength to lashes.

I think this product is ok but it's not super noticeable. For the price and purpose, it is ok. Underneath mascara it feels like a primer but on it's own as "clear mascara" it does not do a lot. I expected a bit more volume and more eye lash separation but it was not super noticeable. More of a primer than a wear alone but I wanted something to give my eyelashes a little boost for "non makeup days" i.e. working from home, zoom, etc.

I love this Lash gel and I also saw on the packaging it said lash & brow gel which is so cool so I don't have to buy a brow gel separate! it helps hold a curl for a natural look and also a nice primer, it also holds my eyebrows so nicee!!
