Most Helpful Positive Review My Go-To Eyeliner
I'm on my 5th pen so far and I have to say it's probably the best eyeliner I've used. I find that it's very easy to clean up if your wing doesn't come out perfect on the first try, the color is very pigmented, it glides smoothly, doesn't smear or rub off unless you literally rub your eye then of course it will leave a streak. Everyone always asks me what eyeliner I use or how I'm able to get my wing so sharp, and I tell them that I use this.
My 2 main cons with this is that if you use it a lot, it does tend to dry out within 2-3 months. Then, by that time, as you're applying, it will take a couple of tries before any product can come out. But I suppose that goes with most eyeliners that dry out.
Conclusion is that the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I prefer this over the Kat Von D or any other drugstore brand i've tried.
Most Helpful Critical Review Don't buy it!
I have purchased a few of these. A few of them have lasted up to two weeks and the new one I purchased lasted for 4 applications. I have shaken the wand and tried to clean it but it still doesn't work. This is now one of my least favorite eyeliners. My Kat Von D lasted for months.

Goes on easy. Line is thin but you can correct your booboos.
Buy something else
Abby from Tx
Would not buy this again. The eyeliner skips when you apply it and when I try to go back and fix the patchiness it just rubs off the eyeliner that's already there. It doesn't stay on the lid in general. I've come home with half my wing missing every time. The eyeliner pen also dries out quickly. It might be because the caps fits very loosely and doesn't snap shut no matter how hard you press down.
One of the best liquid eyeliners I've ever purchased!
Dani from NC, USA
After straying to try out some others, this is now my go-to liquid eyeliner. I used to always wear Maybelline Stiletto in brown/black, but like every other product I love, it was discontinued, and so have been on the hunt for a new brown. I first had to buy it in a drugstore in a pinch since I'd forgotten my makeup on a weekend trip (and a girl has got to have her eyeliner, am I right?). The color is GORGEOUS, and I've been hooked ever since. I had always worn black eyeliner, but for an everyday look, brown was just a bit softer. I would call this one brown/black as it is quite dark and wouldn't be distinguishable from black to most people. I bought a different brown liquid eyeliner recently (why are they SO hard to find?!?!?!) and it was just a light, icky shade of brown, so this one is back to the top of my list. It goes on smooth (even in the very beginning, it's not too thick), and even near of the end of its life, it doesn't clump. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I felt like it ran out quickly (but that could have been my usage!). Regardless, even if it ran out twice as fast as a different brand, I would gladly purchase more of these!
Side note, I always draw a pretty good sized cat-eye, and this worked wonderfully to create the smooth curves. PLEASE DON'T EVER DISCONTINUE THIS!
Love the liner Hate the cap
SundanceGirl from undisclosed
I really like this liner but you can't put one in your purse or toiletry bag while traveling because the cap won't stay on. The cap doesn't click on to be secure. While I love this liner I'm going to search for something else because I have lost 4 full liners due to the cap falling off and they dry out pretty quickly.
The worst eyeliner
Idaliz24 from Texas
. This is the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. It doesn't even last 30 minutes in my eyes before it smudges. It also ends up under my eyes. Application wise is very hard to apply smoothly Due to its sponge like applicator.
Just not the best
Isabel W from Dover, DE
I've been using this liner for a couple months but I haven't really liked it. It's good for an hour or two but after that it smudges and transfers to the top of my lid when I do bold eyeliner looks. It also fades very quickly, even when setting it with black shadow. There are just a lot more better options than this product.
My Favorite Eyeliner

This eyeliner clearly defines your eyes and lasts better than any other eyeliner I have tried. Easy-to-use applicator, as well.
Top won't stay on
Diggity Dawn from Rochester, MI
The cap barely stays on which causes it to dry out easily. I've always been and will continue to be a loyal L'Oreal customer, but I doubt I will purchase this particular liquid eyeliner again.
Love this eyeliner, easy to apply.
Joey from PA
This eyeliner wears all day without smudging.
rose from Menifee
It applies okay but, the tip dries out, and the cap feels loose and it also smudges. Which I hate when eyeliner smudges by just a slight touch, so I don't recommend but I do recommend the Maybelline hyper easy liquid pen. It applies smoothly and doesn't smudge.

I like how you can make it look bold or natural depending how you hold it
mataLin from DC
It was fine for the first week but seemed to dry out and the tip began to fray quickly. Drags and skips a lot. If you can get it to apply correctly, it seems to have decent staying power for about 10-12 hours, wears out on the lids after that. Not a dupe for Stila Stay All Day liners though.
Felt tip frays and dries up
Carmen from United States
I love L'Oréal products but this liner was a hot mess. The cap gets loose after a couple uses and falls off. The felt tip frays after the liner is closed and the precise tip wears down until it is no longer "super slim". This product picks up any eyeshadow you're wearing and dries up. If you wipe the powder off on your hand you can get it going again but only for part of a swipe.
I DO LIKE THIS PRODUCT

I DID love it, at first...
KMP99 from undisclosed
Yes, I loved this eyeliner at first, but like most folks, it dried out too quickly. Could it be it was in the store too long? I'm not sure whether I'd purchase again, on the fence as it may have just been this particular purchase was a dudd. I have the gray. The line was so perfect and slim and I thought, "finally!" But...after two weeks, I find myself shaking it to get fluid. I only use it once a day but I'm sure there's more fluid than two weeks. After shaking the pen (be careful as it WILL splash out and you won't realize it until you stumble upon little dots about your space), the fluid will flow but I have to use the sides of the tip, hence making the line a bit thicker. Overall, I do like the product but for the price, I wish it would have worked properly for a longer period. Hopefully, it's just a glitch and L'Oreal can fix it. Thanks for the opportunity to share.
Waste of Money!

I love L'Oréal's Flash Cat Eyeliner so I thought I would give this one a try. It's awful!
Worst Eyeliner I've tried
Lin from Goodyear, AZ
This eyeliner is pretty expensive for a drugstore eyeliner especially considering how poorly it works. Would hardly call it slim. I must have got one of the drier ones being the color sometimes wouldn't even come off. It was very patchy and difficult to work with, I couldn't flick my eyeliner because either nothing would show up or it would leave a blob of color at the ends of my eyes.
CHANGE THE CAP!!!!
EyelinerGal from New York
LOVE this liquid Eyeliner! However! I BEG THIS COMPANY TO MANUFACTURE A BETTER CAP/COVER! It comes off to easy! I've found many times the cap off causing My eyeliner to DRY out (of course) and of course! I made sure I put on the cap cover on well. SMH. Please manufacture a better cap cover to STAY ON this item! I would recommend once the manufacturers changes the cap cover that can screw/lock on BETTER!
Dries out too quickly
heiditron from portland, or
i bought this the first time a couple months ago and loved the easy, precise application. unfortunately, the tip dried out within weeks. thinking this must have been a fluke, i bought another one on november 27. it has already dried out to the point of being unusable. i really wanted this eyeliner to work for me as pencil always melts down my eyes and i can't seem to master other liquids.
Worst eyeliner ever

Worst eyeliner I've ever bought. It's like it dried out already and I just opened it today...
Vano from Abingdon, va
I bought this Loreal eyeliner, expecting great results because it is made by Loreal, but am disappointed. It is not smudgeproof as advertised and starts flaking off soon after drying.
Dawn from Stl
This eyeliner is superb! It goes on super thin or as thick as you like AND stays out all day. It's as good (if not better) than anything in a department store
not for double lidded eyes
liz from kentucky
super easy to apply but within minutes of wearing it it's already left a blackish line at the top of my eyelids. And yes I made sure the eyeliner was completely dry before opening my eyes completely.
Rawross from Tucson
Terrible! The product comes out unevenly... sometimes not at all and other times heavy. The brush is harder to control than other brush on eyeliners I have used. The cap feels loose and falls off. Waste of money.
MY GO TO LINER
Hoodedeyesarejustshy from Los Angeles
Let's make this clear. I haven't tried a TON of liquid eyeliners but have tried the best seller high end ones to tell you I would choose this one so far over anything. WHY 3 STARS? Keep in mind For the countless of years for me doing a wing liner I've never seem to perfect it, And always have to fix. With that said.
-Great for liquid eyeliner beginners!
-Easy to fix mistakes with damp q-tip
-steady felt tip for precision
-very thin consistency to build up or touch up
-Does not flake like other liquid eyeliners
-Nice matte finish
-Lasts a good while (use a few times within the week can last me 4 months or longer)
-If not used for a while will not dry up.
-smudge proof? Yes and no. (With hooded oily eyelids like me. When I pat my eyelid with translucent powder and more onto the eyeliner. I've gone out dancing for hours and have it not smudge on me. When I have not done this properly it does transfer and create that black line on the crease. BUT has NEVER smudged where it deforms the eyeliner where I've applied in anyway.
-felt tip can get shredded and dry a bit too soon. (I simply cut a tiny bit on the tip in a slant so the product can come through again)
There ya go.
