I have used all of UD's eye primers & given them all a good shot. I used to use the og 4ever- until EDEN. Eden is the best EP I have ever used. I am 40 & have very hooded eyes. This color corrects- a lil goes a long way. I apply using my Sigma 3DHD precision brush & set w/flesh tone shadow or trans powder. Eden can be worn alone. No creasing. Lasts longer than all day. Locks in shadows. Worth the $ esp when on sale! This is the best EP Urban Decay makes- for any eye type.
It looks like there should be a doe foot applicator, but mine is apparently broken because all it has is a plastic stick. I don't know if it broke off in the tube or if it was just a defect, but I can't get the product out.

I have always used the urban decay eyeshadow primer and decided to try a different version and am very disappointed. My eyeshadow doesn't stay put with this one and only lasts a couple hours. Highly recommend getting the original or anti aging potions instead of eden

Love it! Not too dry not too shiny and brighten up my lids. I used it alone. I used Eden.

Been using this eye shadow primer for the longest. Your eye-shadow will stay in place and not move.

This is the perfect product to do 2 jobs at once. A perfect primer but has just the right amount of shimmer and color to be a great eyeshadow too! Always great to find a product that can simplify a make up routine.

Love this cult classic and use it almost everyday. Keeps my eye makeup in place without any creasing!

So the primer I applied to my eyelid I would take it from the applied onto your finger tip and then apply, don't directly apply or it is too thick. But still is pretty shiny and a nice gold base.

Great for my sensitive eyelids. I love thd feel. It stays on all day. I got the shimmery primer, so my dry eye shadow is shimmery.

This product makes your eye shadow flawless!

Love how pigmented this is but unfortunately it's not as good as the original- my shadow creases when I use this primer but doesn't with the original. Switching back!

The product works, it keeps your makeup on but it's super dry! I have extremely greasy eyelids and this product worked on me but I can see it being a problem for someone who already has dry skin. I purchased the "Eden" color but product was still really white on my lids. I have light medium skin.

I would give it 5 stars if I dried down to be an actual nude. It's way too light for my skin to be considered a nude, it's more light beige - the pictured color would be a better fit. Other than that, this is perfect for my needs! My oily lids always removed most of my eye shadows after a few hours & now I don't have to worry about smudges or empty spots on my lids. Will continue to buy as this is a must for me!!!

A little goes a long way. Pretty color. can substitute for shadow. lasts all day.
Need to apply quickly and be careful not to use too much.

This is a great product to keep your eyeshadow true and on longer. I love MAC, but this is a close 2nd.

Worked fantastic as a base for eyeshadow on my oily lids. No smudges, all day long. I liked that it's very lightweight and has no fragrance as well.

I use the original formula and I love it!! Wanted to try this shimmer shade but unfortunately doesn't work for me. My shadow creases and my eye liner ends up on my crease. Gives your shadow a nice shimmer but that's about it.

Great primer and base shadow! Has staying power and adds a shimmering base for eyeshadow. I use this as my main eyeshadow and add a darker color. It prevents creasing- even in hot weather! Only issue is that you have to be careful when applying because it has staying power and won't budge once it dries. If you aren't careful, you'll have it where you don't want it and it won't come off without cleanser and water. I usually apply primer to my inner eye and a tiny bit under my inner eye, but I don't with this version ( I also use the anti- aging formula) because of the pretty intense shimmer. It can make tiny lines more prominent, so apply carefully!

Use this as primer and subtle eye shadow.

I've used the original UD primer potion in the past and it worked great so I thought I'd go another round with it since I wasn't having any luck with my ABH primer... well guess what.. my eyeshadow creases with this! UGH! Epic Fail #2! "Hey there eyeshadow primer, YOU HAD ONE JOB!"

It will do in a pinch but it doesn't compare to Bare Minerals Gen Nude eyeshadow primer and it is more expensive! I've been using Gen Nude for about 5 years. This is the second time Ulta removed this from there product selection. Last time they brought it back hoping they do the same again. They were constantly sold out of this item have no idea why they would remove it. It is still available through Bare Minerals. Of course when I came into the store looking for the product I was as usual directed straight to an Urban Decay product. Always trying to switch me off what I'm currently using to a more expensive UD product. I guess someone has to pay for all that over the top packaging UD uses.
I will not buy this again, it is an inferior product with less coverage. The applicator is cheep as well. I will go out of Ulta which I hate and order the Gen Nude directly from BM.

I'm an urban decay primer potion lover. I think I have used every formula and can say all of them work well. However, this one is my absolute favorite. You can use this for a work day look or shimmer party girl happy hour. Make it whatever you need. I wear my wake up for about 12-14 hours a day, oily skin, and I never have an issue with my eyeshadow creasing!

I have been using this primer for a few years and love that it lasts for over 24 hours, while I'm in-house at the hospital 😉

Super disappointed in the Eden Eyeshadow Primer. It was recommended to me as I had previously used the regular and anti-aging primers, but they weren't working as well. Not sure if UD changed formulas in their shadow primers, but none of these work for me any longer. Guess I'll go back to the paint pots from MAC.
