Most Helpful Positive Review Holy Grail! I have oily lids, so finding an eyeliner that'll stay put was a real challenge. When I went into Ulta I was at my breaking point, ready to give up on eyeliners and join a convent or something. I told an employee my problem and she led me to the UD 24/7 pencil. I had already tried the pencil and wasn't all that satisfied. I asked what she recommended for the upper lash line, and she handed me this eyeliner. It was my first high end product and I was nervous about spending that much money on eyeliner, but I was desperate for a solution so I bought it.
Flash forward seven months, and this is hands down my go-to eyeliner. Application is easy, and its easy to fix mistakes since it doesn't dry instantly. But when it does dry, it stays on for a good portion of the day (again, I have oily lids so there are days when it'll fade away). I usually use this to tighten my lashes, and for my purpose it does the job just fine. When I apply it on my actual lid, it does just as fine. It can fade as the day goes on, but if it bothers you, just go over your line once more.
I couldn't recommend this eyeliner enough! Whether you have oily lids or not, this is definitely worth a try!
Most Helpful Critical Review Good Eyeliner Formula, Bad Eyeliner Tip I looked into purchasing this eyeliner for a long time, mainly because it is on the pricier side. I didn't want to waste my money, but this product was recommended to me by several people, so I finally bought it. I was excited to try it out, and for its first couple of uses, it worked well. The formula is great. It is opaque and easy to remove, although I've found it really isn't waterproof. Unfortunately, very soon after I began using it, the tip would run dry before I was able to finish my eyeliner. This was incredibly frustrating, and it has been a problem since I first began using the product. I did some research and this seems to be a reoccurring issue some people are having with this eyeliner. I think that at this price, this product should function much better than the way it does now.

I've been using this product for years. I really like how well I can line my eyes with it. However, it seems like the eyeliner pens I've purchased in the last year or so seem to dry out somewhat quickly. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

I don't know why I keep trying other liquid eyeliner. Staying true to my Stila. Worth the price! Better than wasting $5 or $12 here and there with runny, smudgy, cheap liquid eyeliners !

This is an easy liquid eyeliner to use. I can make both thick and thin lines and it stays on all day. My old eyelids have some bumps in them but I can easily smooth them out.

I liked the eyeliner in the beginning but once it was used for like a month it started to become really dry really chunky and when I try to do layers it just wiped the first layer off so not the best after a month

This was my favorite eyeliner, but the last two purchases didn't last long. It dried up quickly, and I am careful about the lid. It's a waste of money now, because I believe that they changed something within the last year.

I was trying to find a matte eyeliner to replace my NYX matte liner since they discontinued it …. It barely worked the first time … now I can't get the liquid to actually come out. I can get faint lines, but not as pigmented at all. I've only tried to use it three times and each time I had to get another eyeliner to correct it and make it pigmented.

I had high hopes for this eyeliner because of the reviews. But I was incredibly disappointed. It dried up within a few uses and does not apply well. Do not recommend!!

I've been using this eyeliner for so many years. In my opinion it's excellent. I would always have issues with other supposed "waterproof" eyeliners living up to the waterproof part.

This eyeliner really does stay on all day and doesn't disappear!! I have oily eyelids and other liners fade within an hour of application, but Stilla stays in place, and it literally 'glides' on easily! Best eyeliner there is!

This liquid eyeliner is easy to apply. I also feel the Stilla has better quality control. Another similar eyeliner I tried was not always working when I bought it. That is why I use Stilla!

For years, I used to only use this eyeliner because it is waterproof and I like to apply makeup in the morning, workout after work, or be super active and not have my makeup smear. This used to last a month easily, using it every day BUT now, it only last like 3 applications and it's dried up. A couple of times I thought maybe it was a bad batch or something and I've tried going back to this eyeliner a couple of times over the past 2 years and nope, still super dry and barely any pigment anymore. I don't know what happened! It's not good anymore. I can't but this or recommend anymore.

I've been buying this product for years because I have hooded eyes and it would last all day and not smudge. one would last me 3 months using it almost everyday, which was great based on the price. but the last year or so I find myself having to buy one every month because it runs out. I don't know if they changed their formula so it drys out faster or if they are purposely putting less product in it...either way it's disappointing and I won't waste any more money on it.

I've previously used many brands for my liquid eyeliner and this has been my favorite. It does not smudge because it's waterproof and goes on super smooth. Also lasts a long time and won't dry out quickly. I've had mine for 6 months and I use about once a week and it's still going strong. The only problem (and this is a problem with many felt tipped liquid eyeliners) is that sometimes part of the tip will sort of come off like a little thread or something I'm assuming it's just normla wear and tear but I usually just pinch the thread bit and pull it off and it's back to being a sharp line. Anyways I love this liner 100%

I'm truly disappointed in this product. I had high hopes based on other reviews. I tried the brown. It is NOT waterproof. My eye teared up once and it left a puddle of marker on my eyelid. It's also not very dark, nor dense/vivid. It's rather like weak tea. It smudges easily, runs when wet, isn't dark enough and the pen doesn't seem to emit the 'ink' very well. I don't see why there are so many rave reviews about it. Additionally, while it runs if your eye waters, it's hard to get off when the time comes. It's like when it smudges, THAT'S when it becomes waterproof. So weird. The brush is nice and easy to manipulate, but you can find that on many other products. There is absolutely nothing special about this eyeliner and it was a waste of my time.

I have tried this product before a few years ago and decided to give it another shot since I couldn't remember if I liked it or not. Turns out I didn't repurchase for a good reason. This eyeliner is bad! Not at all waterproof. I wore this to a wedding and this eyeliner was gone by the time the ceremony was finished because I had cried. The tip makes it really hard to create a smooth line and the pointiest part of the tip doesn't get liquid to it so my wing tip ends up being quite blunt which is ugly. Don't buy this eyeliner if you're looking for something waterproof and long lasting.

This is the second time I've purchased this product. Unfortunately both times they contain low levels of eyeliner and last a few weeks then runs out. I will never purchase this again. I love the blue color, but there's a lot of other liquid eyeliners on the market.
