Most Helpful Positive Review Retractable Kabuki Brush If you';re thinking of spending money on high-end brushes, don';t even bother. This is a thousand times better than my Bobbi Brown brush in every way, and so much cheaper! I have sensitive skin, so I love how soft and non-irritating EcoTools brushes are. They are excellent quality. I';ve had several of them for over a year. I use them every day, wash them frequently, and they haven';t shed a single bristle. These brushes make my makeup look amazing, and I appreciate the extra thought put into the packaging that makes this so travel-friendly!
Most Helpful Critical Review Bad Apple? May be I got the bad apple of the bunch, but when I got this brush it started shedding, argh, that was annoying. And for a brush that isn't a couple dollars, it is irritating. This brush is a great concept, and I still use it (stopped shedding finally) but I went traveling and left it behind :-/ It is good for at home use if you keep your brushes on your counter top, keeps it clean from dust or pesky pets that get up in places they shouldn't!

Awesome retractable brush!!!! 5

You can definitely cut down on brushes when using this! It's a great multi tasking brush best brush ever! You can use it for applying liquid foundation, and powders and so on. The best part is you can adjust the brush for more dense applications then push all the way down for setting powder and blending in. I hope they never discontinue this brush! I may purchase a second one just to have.

Love this face brush! 5
DLL4 from Central Florida
It's big and fluffy and does a great job with applying face powder. It's a little wonky when turning but you just have to get used to it.
Great size 5

This brush is the perfect size to keep in my purse without taking up too much space. It would be great for traveling, as well.

Absolutely love. I hope they make it forever. Will never go back to a messy dirty beauty blender again.

This brush is so wonderful, applies powder beautifully and doesn't seem to waste much like other big brushes. LOVE that it's retractable too, I don't worry about it getting damaged in my bag or drawer, and it's great for travel!

This brush is a steal for the price! I fell in love with it and ordered more! I use this to blend my blush or any contouring that I do. I love that I can throw it in my travel makeup bag and in my purse to use for touch ups.

I wanted something compact but sturdy, and this does the job. Great quality, not flimsy. The retractable measure works well and doesn't mess up. Great way to keep your brush from outside germs while on the go.

This is the BEST make up brush in the world. Period!
Best for Blush and Setting Powder! 5
Merry Berry from Charlotte, NC
I love this brush for applying blush and setting powder as it is perfect for home or travel use. Easy to clean and made of eco-friendly recycled aluminum and synthetic bristles. Only problem is I start to lose bristles after 18 months of use, but that's pretty good for a brush that only cost me 10 bucks max without any coupons (but I always use a coupon because they actually apply to this brand!). All in all a great purchase, and one I will make again and again!

Love this! I had this for a couple years and still in good shape the top does not come off.
Very soft yet picks up the makeup 5
Maryluz from Arizona
These last long and are very soft yet picks up the makeup. I always buy this brand.
Lid comes off 1
Annette from Long Beach, CA
What is the point of a retractable brush to carry in your purse for sanitary convenience when the lid does not stay on? Disappointing brush. Would never buy again.
Good, Not Great 2
Bear329 from Atlanta, GA
I have always tried to have a retractable brush around for loading up with powder or blush to use during the day so this was a replacement. Unfortunately, this one isn't made very well so it sticks when I close it and whatever product I've added goes flying everywhere. Otherwise it's a decent brush with soft bristles that are good for diffuse application of blush, powder or bronzer.
Love it! 5

Very soft and easy to use.
This is the only face brush I buy 5

I love it! I have one at home, at my boyfriends, in my beach travel bag. I have one I use to get hair out of my razors.
Disappointed in the color - not the same as the picture 3
VB Girl from Broomfield, CO
The color on the website is gray with gray cap, but the one I received has a yellow-green cap instead. Other than that, it's a good brush and a great price.
Love 4
MMWH from Auburn, AL
I love these because I am super weird about brushes, and I always want my foundation and veil brushes to have a cap. These do seem a bit thin and can be a little expensive, but I am pretty frugal. They work well and seem to hold up under washing.
Nice But Not The Same As Old Version 3
Beauty Freak from Rochester, NY
I have bought this brush before years ago but wanted to get a backup. By the picture, this looked like the same product but the one I received had a different colored case. This brush is very soft but not nearly as dense as the older version (the older version was more of a kabuki). The case also is more cheaply made. I compared both cases and the older version has a thicker case that properly fits over the top of the brush to lock it. The newer version has a thin, more flimsy case, and the old does not properly fit. I found that I needed to force the lid closed by really pushing down.
I mean, this brush isn't horrible. Like I said, it is super soft and would do great as a multipurpose brush. But, the case is not great. I love EcoTools because I still have brushes that are in great shape and over 10 years old. I have bought some of their newer brushes and love them, but this one was a bit of a miss. If they fix the casing issue this would be a homerun.
