Most Helpful Positive Review What a pleasant surprise!
I have 3b/3c natural hair. I very rarely use heat...maybe straighten my hair once or twice a year. Had an even and wanted my hair to have a wavy look instead of my normal twist out. A fellow naturalista recommended this and the rest is history. I've been natural for 9 years and this is likely be best styling tool I've ever used for straightening/stretching.
Most Helpful Critical Review Letdown.
I was so excited for this product as I have been in the market for something similar for a long while, but I'm really disappointed with it. My biggest complaint is that the brush is too soft; the bristles are too short. I have long hair, but it's thin/fine and I still had to use a regular paddle brush on the other side of the dryer during. The quality/material does not match up with the cost of this product.

This product is good and convenient for 4C hair girls who want to blow out their hair after washing. Very easy to use and doesn't burn your hair or hand while using
Great for 4C hair

Perfect dryer and styler even on the low setting. Allowed me to dry my hair with less passes which means less heat damage. By design the teeth won't let you get heat directly to your roots but you don't need to? It'll get dry enough on low for me at least. It is a little bulky but it's WAY BETTER than holding a brush/comb and dryer in your hands doing the tension method. Best blowouts ever you won't need a dryer after this!

I shall order one. I like the idea of the swivel cord. I like that it is not a hot brush but blows hot air like a nozzle style hair dryer. What I believe I shall appreciate are the...bristles! I loathe the boar bristles or bristles like that. I don't know what these bristles are officially called, but I look for the same for my regular brushes that I use on dried hair to comb it out.
There is one thing...the handle does not appear exceptionally ergonomic, but I wish to try it.
The price is good, not like those nonsense prices of hundreds of dollars. So ridiculous.
Best blow dryer brush for 4C hair!
Jay from Cali
I was skeptical at first buying this brush but I gave it a try and fell in love. I first applied some heat protectant and started with the brush! I was so amazed and definitely would recommend. :)

The brush is too hard to use. It's heavy. I returned it.

I have 4C hair. My hair is sooo thick, I broke heavy-duty combs and brushes while growing up. It usually takes me two hours to straighten my hair with a straightening comb. But using this dryer made a believer out of me that it really works--even on really thick and coily hair! I just knew I was going to need the high setting, but I did all my hair on the low setting. This product is a must for those needing to tame their thick hair.
I would buy this product again.

I love the fact that I do not have to perform a magic trick while trying to dry my hair using several hairstylist tools.
AJ from Maryland
It actually works on my 4A hair. I even can use it on low setting. It got my hair pretty "straight" for it to just be a blow dryer. I struggle with a traditional blow dryer so this is perfect.
does not work
Enny from 92545
I have short length hair and all it did was puff my hair out, this dryer/styler is so large it is akward to hold it. Also, the dryer part does not work well.
Very Good Product

Very good product, no heat damage leaves, your hair soft, 3 heat settings, you just have to get use to holding it and maneuvering it. I love the product and I'm glad I bought it.

I have ethnic hair and it work just fine...it gave my hair a blow out look with lot's of body. I am so impressed I referred it to my sisters.
Too big and bulky
Connie from Louisville, Tennessee
I have short hair and it was too big for my hair. It is heavy and bulky. I want something light and smaller.
Never Going Back To Traditional Hair Dryer

I decided to try this dryer after seeing it in a YouTube video. A traditional hair dryer works fine, but I have VERY THICK, 4b/4c, armpit length hair. This one doesn't dry my hair as fast, but the brush design is more functional and I don't burn my hands from holding the traditional dryer around the neck (since it's hard to get the comb attachment through my hair when holding the dryer at the handle). I saw a lot of comments from people saying it doesn't get close enough to the root of your hair. This is a hair dryer, not a straightener - so you still need to flat iron your hair afterwards, especially if you have thick hair like me. For the price, I think it's a good investment. I will definitely be retiring my old hair dryer.
Wendy from NY
Omg! No more blow dryer and comb attachment. This is everything! I have 4C hair and it works great! Used it twice. Can use a high or low setting! Love love love! Don't even think twice. Get it!
Ambam from Tx
I will keep it for my kids and it wasn't horrible but the design didn't allow me to get close enough to my roots or edges so it was like I had a fro with straight ends. Didn't like that and ended up still having to get out my normal dryer to finish the job. It does detangle well so it was easy on my ends and I had less breakage/shedding. I think the pressure needs some work cause it's kind of weak. Also the handle on the skinny part that's most like a brush gets really hot. I'm not a fan of that. I had to take breaks to avoid getting burned. Plus holding it at the end which is the thickest part makes it take longer cause it's awkward to hold firmly in hand.

I have 4c hair & my sister has super thick 4c hair and this blow dryer is the best! Unfortunately I've dropped mine so many time and it doesn't work now but I'm definitely getting another one!
I would buy this product again
Mina from Prospect ky
It is a great product and convenient to use
Do not buy
Naimah from Syracuse
If you have ethnic hair do not buy just buy a regular blow dryer. I wasted my money thinking I could blow dry and get straight hair all n one. It was the same process as using a blow dryer and flat iron. This brush doesn't get hot enough to fully straighten ethnic hair and I have naturally curly fine hair at that. The air only comes out through the top bristles. It's just a waste. Just purchased, only used once, and won't be using again
I would not get this again.

I like how quick and easy the product is. Also how easy it when through my hair. But after do some of my hair I notice it's is hard to reach the root and to get it blown out decently without putting too much heat.
amazing!!!! other than the cord!
Peach from WV
This dryer brush is amazing!!! Now if it had the gold infused I believe it is to help with frizz it would be really good!! Now, my downfall with this, seems like the cord gets shorted out, mine will go off for a second and back on a few times while using, seems like an issue with a lot of these type of cord products that dont tangle, my foxybae does the same thing unfortunately. If they would fix that it would be perfect!!!! I will say using this with foxybaes leave in conditioner and their heat protectant or IGK, also verb ghost oil put that in when your hair is almost dry and run the brush back over until dry and you wont even need a straightener its that good!!!! Ouai leave in is also super amazing to use this with too, leaves my hair super straight and I have very very frizzy hair!! I swear using the verb ghost oil is a complete life saver with this and only 1 pump is all it takes, a pea size amount, total 360!!!
Definitely would recommend it !
Bea from Houston
10/10 recommend .. especially for natural hair !
Works well but not at the root
Millie from Tucson
This dryer works well but it is hard to get to the root to complete blow out natural hair. It's hard to clean as well. The handling is rather easy.
Love this product!
M from Virginia
This heated brush works so well! I use it on my daughter's hair, it makes dry time/styling so much quicker, and doesn't pull the hair! I also use it on my wavy/curly hair and it leaves it smooth, and pretty straight.
Yamrdz from Texas
The concept of blow dying brush sounds perfect yet this one is a no go, two major issues, handle gets hot and the air is only blows out of the top of brush only.
Jess from El Monte
I like it I have thick wavy hair and I use it every time I'm out of the shower and it works great. I like to keep my hair wrapped up in a towel for about 10 mins and then start with the dryer 🙂
