Most Helpful Positive Review Perfect for my thinning hair My hair has been thinning for a few years now. I have used other so called name brands but it was not helping with strengthening my hair. I have been using this shampo and conditioner for about a month now. I've noticed that when I comb my hair it's not as much hair coming out on the comb. I see my hair getting a little fuller. Will definitely be using this product from now on.
Most Helpful Critical Review Threw it away A few days after using this my scalp began to itch a huge patch of my hair fell out. I haven't been using this product for over a week now and my scalp no longer itches. Hopefully my hair grows back.

This has been a staple in my shower for about 2 years now, I absolutely love it! My hair is fine, thin and knots easily. This does a great job detangling without weighing my hair down. Also might be worth noting I have hard water

This product is definitely not for me. I had high hopes as I'm 5 months postpartum and loosing hair like crazy so I thought I'd try this product out. I only used once and the second I put it on my hair I knew I regretted this purchase. Made my hair so tangled and dry feeling. But worst of all was the smell and burning sensation on my scalp and even in my eyes. I concentrated the product on my ends so I'm not sure why my scalp was burning so much. Come to find out this product has menthol in it. I guess I should have read the label more closely. Long story short, I can't say if this product actually works because after one use it's a hard no for me.

I've been using this conditioner for about a month now and I've seen no noticeable change. The smell is horrible to me personally. Had I known that it smelled this medicinal I wouldn't have purchased. The only positive I find from the conditioner is it leaves my hair moisturized, not more than any other kind of conditioner though. It's just an OK product.

I've been using this shampoo for months and I've been noticing how itchy and flaky my scalp is... (It looks like I have dandruff) and not to mention my hair has been fall out like crazy... I figured it everything was part of the postpartum phase but thinking back to after I had my son I didn't have such big of an issue... And I mean MONTHS after having him. It just isn't right for me. Leaving these half empty and looking for something else that'll hopefully help all my current issues.

I like Matrix, bought on sale with corresponding shampoo. Both have quite a ....minty type fragrance that really lingers, well into the next day, not unpleasant but definitely there. My hair felt soft. Do not really notice extra density. Did not de-tangle my highlighted hair at all really. Do not think I will repurchase.

I'm usually skeptical of most conditioners because they would weigh down my hair. I have oily, kinda thin hair and this product isn't heavy on it. I noticed my hair looks shinier and my ends look healthier. I have very long hair and you only need a dime size.

All I can say is that my hair feels softer after using it even after the second or third day after not washing my hair it still feels soft. For the people that say it doesn't make their hair feel soft they probably didn't use it as the directions said, you are supposed to let it in your hair for approximate 1-3 minutes for it to work and always rinse it with cold or warm but more cold water for it to keep the softness and shine to lock it in your hair. I haven't really noticed the thickening yet since I have only been using it for about 2 1/2-3 weeks and I don't use it every day. I also am using the fiber strong shampoo from this line and with these two combined my hair does feel stronger less breakage than what I had before but obviously I won't see a difference soon because it usually takes like 3 months to see a difference but if you're looking to buy it you should! I cannot wait to run out of my shampoo to use the full density shampoo with the conditioner combined!

Didn't notice any difference in the thickness of my hair when using the shampoo and conditioner.
The conditioner doesn't soften my hair enough to easily comb through it after a shower, which I need having highlighted hair.
I won't be repurchasing.

I hadn't used conditioner for many years. My sister recommended I use it with the shampoo. I love it! It does not soften my fine hair so I can't do anything with it. Just the opposite.

I bought this because I was buying the volumebloom shampoo, which I love. I figured this might work since my hair is pretty fine, thin, flat (I have 1a hair leaning into 1b). And... wow. This conditioner is my hair's Disney true love. It is insane. It actually makes my hair feel thicker and healthier (still need a good volumizing product, but this is always going to be my reality). Then I thought, wow this has really good slip, I wonder if it'll work on my kid's 3b/3c curls to help detangle and prevent breakage. It is amazing! I use it as part of our bigger cowash/LOC process so I can't speak to how it would be on its own, but it definitely makes a positive contribution. Amazing product.

I the worst thin flat hair. I bought this fully expected to be disappointed. The first time I used it I was a little concerned- the smell was so strong my boyfriend could smell it in the next room and it makes your scalp tingle. I kept using it because lets face it, this stuff isn't cheap. You get used to the smell after the first few uses and it does not leave a smell once your hair dries. I have used the shampoo most days and the conditioner every day for about a month and my hair is noticeably fuller and has more body to it than ever before. The conditioner is great for detangling. I have bleached blonde hair and my color still looks great.

Not only is this product expensive, but I've never experienced something so bad. In the two weeks I used this product my hair fell out more and more and the spray that Biolage recommend made my hair feel like I had straw instead of hair. Definitely not at all worth the price point and definitely does not do what it says. I was also really disappointed to find out that hairstylists usually recommend this and/or Pureology and neither of those products are organic and can't guarantee that they don't put harsh chemicals in their products. I suggest not making the same mistake as I did and not reading the label. Always do more research.

As I'm aging I've noticed that my hair is thinner. I use the conditioner in conjunction with the full density shampoo. With the two products used together, I can tell that my hair feels thicker.

Happened to use this at my daughter's along with the conditioner and I couldn't believe how much I liked this. No, I love it! It makes your scalp tingle! My hair has been thinning due to age but more so due to an underachieving thyroid gland. This stuff actually helps! My hair feels so much thicker and holds a style better too.
