Most Helpful Positive Review Used it during and after pregnancy I take 2 every morning and have for about a year. The biggest change would have to be my lashes. They grew super long and are very full. The length of my hair has grown several inches as well. I had extensions for 11 months and am finally to a place where I took them out and love my hair! I am extremely picky about the way I look, so that says a lot about me giving 5 stars for this product!
Most Helpful Critical Review Hair, Nails, Lashes Grow & so Does ACNE I just started using this a few weeks ago, after having a baby...I'm trying to stop my hair from shedding from the hormonal imbalances after giving birth.
PROS:
I noticed new, thick hair growth at the roots and less shedding w/in the first week of taking the pills
CONS:
I also IMMEDIATELY noticed a ton of small bumps on my back and arms and an enormous amount of acne on my chin area down to my throat. The product is supposed to increase oil production which is great for the hair but is horrible for the skin...
I stopped taking the pills and skin has already cleared up tremendously.
I might start back taking half a dose...
I'd recommend this product to those who don't already have very oily skin like I do--maybe they'll be fine.

This product made my toenails grow a lot! I am trimming them more often now. Have been taking for 1 month now. My hair and fingernails are also growing in nicely. If you want to grow out your hair and nails, this is the product for you.

I LOVE these. My hair started to fall out because I was stress about Covid and I lost my job. I have always had thin fine hair. I noticed a huge difference with these. My hair stopped falling out and it became stronger. I took them in the mornings on a empty stomach without complications. I can't say enough about these. Please don't stop selling them ulta!

My hair and nails are thin and brittle ... hoping this product would make them more thick... but no all it did was make my hair grow fast... unless that's what you want but for me .. waste of money.

I have been buying these on and off for years. I notice a difference when I am not consuming then. I've decided to try regula biotin and other hair vitamins right now instead but if I don't notice a positive difference I will totally get these again. They are all just so pricey!

I have several health conditions and take several medications which cause me to have very fragile nails. I was hesitant to be this because of the cost. I have tried other hair, skin, and nails supplements, prenatal vitamins, biotin, etc. Nothing has worked. My very frail nails constantly broke and bent backwards. I have been taking Phyto for maybe a month. My nails are so much stronger. They feel completely normal. It has been a few years since I could grow my nails at all. I honestly am shocked at what a difference they're making. I'm disappointed they aren't in stock right now so I can order more!

Used it over a 4 month period and didn't do much for my thinning hair...it's almost as if I was shedding more hair :( I wanted to get something more cost effective than the sugar bear hair vitamins, but I feel that this didn't do much for me. My eyelashes and nails have gotten stronger but I'm not sure if I can say that this was the cause. Might work for others although it didn't do much for me.

I started using the shampoo and the glass vials about a month prior to starting the supplements. At first, my hair shed seemed to slow down without the supplements so I decided to add them to the routine. My hair has so much new growth only after 2 weeks of being on the supplements. I have had very bad telegen effluvium that hasn't stopped shedding in over 9 months. Was getting worried that it had turned into alopecia areata. As far as my nails, well they don't look any different or stronger. I do have to say that I feel like one of the side effects is that I have been hungrier but haven't had any acne problems on these supplements. I am sure it's all varied from person to person. If you are like me and spent thousands on expensive trichology treatments and multiple products that don't work then I would definitely stop and purchase these supplements.

It may be tmi but these had me feeling so sick in the mornings when I woke up (before I would even take them) that I legitimately thought I was pregnant. I was nauseous and had a terrible headache every morning and that's just the first 5 days. I tried taking after a meal and before but still felt overall unwell. As well as my face begun to break out all over.
I will say that my hair has previously been excessively shedding and these helped that quite a bit, going to try to take just one pill a day and see if that has me sick as well.

I've been using this for a few months. My hair is definitely healthier, to the point my hair dresser keeps complimenting how good it look. Also, I noticed A LOT of new baby hair all the time, this means it works. Also, my nails have never been stronger, even if i only do gel nails.
HOWEVER, I have never in my life had acne in my cheeks, and now i have so many. The acne in my chin has also gotten worse. I reaaaaaaally wanted to keep using this due to the obvious positive effects on hair and nails, but the acne is not worth it. I'm in my 30s and I want to change from salicylic acid to retinoids!!!

Listen, this product works but you have to take it everyday as instructed. You will not see any results in a week nor a month but in two months you will notice you how much your hair has grown. I used it constantly for 6 months and my hair grew so much and it felt thicker (pills prevent hair from falling out as it disrupts the cicle).

I wanted to love this product, but it's very strong. It made me nauseated and feel slightly cloudy. They are very strong so if you are petite or have a weak stomach you might want to rethink these.

I was already taking a multivitamin so wasn't really sure this would do anything, but I took a chance. Unrelated to hair, but I have KP on my forearms and it can get a little embarrassing when the bumps are bad, people notice. 3 weeks after taking these every day I noticed my bumps were completely gone. How could that be!? I didn't change anything in diet or life habits except for taking Phytophanere! It seems like my body is really absorbing and using the nutrients in this supplement. It's early to say if it's helping my hair, but my shedding has slowed down significantly of late and I bought enough for a 4-month treatment, so I'll come back and update once I finish the 4 months.

I've been using this for 3 weeks. I didn't want to try it because of the price and I already take biotin. Another reviewer said it helped with her shedding and since I lose a small animal in hair everyday I figured I would try. 3 weeks later my shedding is almost gone. I used to take a lot of hair out of the drain in the shower and now it's one or two strands. Hardly noticeable. Another person said this gave them acne. I'm not acne prone but I drink two pills with 16 oz of water first thing in the am. This bottle is supposed to last two months and the directions say 2 months on and 1 month off. I will continue to but this product. I'm not sure if my hair is growing but a side note, my nails are stronger also. This chocolate smelling pill has been a god send.

This stuff works...it's the only thing that will help my nails. They're very think and always peel. This helps them grow (not crazy long but better than before) and they don't peel on me. And it does help my hair grow as well.

I have always had weak nails that split and crack. I've been taking these vitamins for 3 weeks and the difference in my nails is amazing. Worth a try if you've used all the creams and oils without results.

I love these pills!
I started taking this supplement after I took off my hair extensions and did two highlight treatments two months apart (I didn't like the first highlights). The bleaching was detrimental to my hair, the split ends and breakage was heart breaking. I had to cut off about about 13 inches (crying emoji here) and get a short bob.
I bought 2 bottles when the brand was on sale and took the pills mon-fri for 5 months and my hair grew twice as fast as it would have unaided. I made a monumental mistake, I kept dyeing my hair every 1-2 months which prolonged the damage.
So here's one thing, the pills take about 1 month to start working and continue working about 2 months after you stop taking the pills. Here's how I know when the pills stopped working. one day I was washing my hair and it started to fall out like crazy which that's when I realized my hair hadn't been falling out, at all! The pills disrupts the hair cycle where it prevents it from falling out and your hair feels thicker and fuller.
It's been 3 months since I stopped taking the pills and I started retaking them about a week ago. I haven't dyed my hair in about 3 month and I do not plant to dye it ever again. It needs a trim because it has an abundance of split ends to keep my my hair stylist in business for at least 3 yrs.
Anyway all this information is unnecessary but I thought it was essential to accurately convey why I feel you should buy this product without hesitation.
Also, I tried other products from their line and those too are amazing.
