Most Helpful Positive Review Miracle In A Bottle I use the Maracuja oil on my face before I put my make-up on. Then I add some to my concealer before I dab it under my eyes to prevent the dry caking look us older women get in our fine lines. I also add a little to my foundation or tinted moisturizer to give my face a dewey youthful look. My skin tends to get dried out throughout the day. I keep the small bottle in my purse and touch up under my eyes if I notice my eyes are getting dry/wrinkly looking as the day goes on. It does wonders! You have to learn how to use it without wiping off your make-up. You can always use a dab of concealer with it then add a little under your eyes during the day, to get that extra moisture boost. (Until you learn how to do it without wiping off your existing make-up) I can't live without this stuff. I always get compliments on how young I look, and I attribute it to using the Tarte Maracuja Oil!
Most Helpful Critical Review a bit pricey I purchased this product on a whim since I had recently run out of my previous skin oil. It works well, offers a smooth application. The scent is rather strong coming out of the bottle but dissipates quickly. The price point is rather high in comparison with other skin oils that do the same thing.

I got this on my FFF box and I loved I had to buy it again. With this corona virus And wearing masks makes your skin really irritated and with blemishes and this helped me get it evened out and cleared plus it makes your skin smoother and soft.

This product is amazing! I put it on before I go to bed and I wake up with glowing skin. Doesn't make you break out or anything! Seriously get this, you will not be disappointed
They changed the formula, no longer just maracuja oil 1

So disappointed! For years I've been use a tiny drop of Tarte's maracuja oil as my under eye moisturizer at night so a travel sized bottle lasts me ages. Before the stay at home orders none of the beauty stores/ counters had stock of the maracuja oil so I was afraid it was being discontinued and I finally ordered online when I ran out. I went to apply like usual and patted it around my eye area and instantly felt stinging and eyes began to water. Turns out the formula was changed but there was no indication on the website descriptions or the bottle! Tarte still labels it at "Maracuja oil". The ingredients used to be only maracuja oil and Tocopherol (Vitamin E) as the preservative but now it has grapefruit peel oil (why????) and other ingredients. The oil now has a scent that reminds me of citrus scented kitchen cleaners which I cannot stand in cleaning products so that was a immediate no for me on my face since it lingers! The old version that was pure maracuja oil was so moisturizing as part of my night routine. It had a slight thickness to it and it never crept into my eyes and I saw a difference in my crow's feet and fine lines. But now it's thinner and doesn't feel as rich or moisturizing and feels like a layer of oil on my skin and the SCENT, I don't even want to use as a cuticle oil. It's a shame that tarte is marketing this new blended oil as "maracuja oil" and it costs the same as what they used to sell it for when it truly was just pure maracuja oil. Going to return it ASAP but I MISS THE OLD maracuja oil!! Haven't been happy with any of the eye creams I've been trying to replace it with and I see the fine lines creeping back!

Never used an oil like this before but thought I'd give it a try. I add this to my Clarins night cream before bed and really makes the night cream last longer and spread nicely across my face. Smells like any typical oil but does a nice job so far. Have been using a few weeks now.

I hate giving bad reviews, however, this product smells like it's went rancid. I'm going to try and exchange it for another and see if it's the same. I could only use it twice due to the smell.

I normally use argon oil but decided to try this. Absorbs well and keeps my skin moisturized. The smell is ok but it's on parity with all kinds of oils.

Great oil. Very hydrating, although by itself it is a bit sticky feeling. I like to add a few drops to my facial lotion every day, and I put this on my hair ends after washing.

eh, I can't stand the cooking oil smell and normally I don't care about trivial things such as that. But it's profoundly unflattering. As for its benefits, I can't really say because I've used it twice.

Yes, it does smell, but it's so worth it! I breakout easily and this product has improved my face! It cleared it up within a day. It has also made the redness go away. I'm still debating if to use it twice a day, but so far, it's been amazing on my skin! Worth the buy!

I received this product as a freebie sample for a previous order. I loved it so much I decided to purchase one! But this bottle was different.... it had a terrible smell to it and the dropper barely worked. It makes me wonder if it hadn't been sealed properly or it was old and that's what caused the scent. The first bottle I had smelled great and citrusy!

I use this on my elbows and hands. It's too heavy for my face. My hands and elbows are so dry but I combine this with Truly Unicorn Fruit and my skin is now saved! The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't like the smell, however, the smell quickly fades.

Purchased the travel size to try before committing to the more expensive full size. Very hydrating, Cute bottle / pump, Not a fan of the scent... theres no real smell to it it just kind of smells chemically to me.
It does provide the emollient feeling I was looking for. 3

I honestly thought this product would have some fruity smell but it just smells like oil lol. I haven't used it with make up I just use it like a serum with my morning skin routine.

I love this product and I get why Tarte wants to keep things "natural", but why can't they just throw in a nice little vegan friendly fragrance or something? This oil smells just like French fry oil. Literally. It is disgusting. I've learned to live with it for the skin benefits, but it's a huge turn off and the only reason I had to take away a whole star.

I use one drop of this under my eyes daily before moisturizer. It does take a while to sink in but that's fine with me if it works. It helps to keep my under eyes not looking like a desert!
