I use this product to remove my eye makeup. I noticed with the pads they sell to remove eye makeup. Are causing me wrinkles by my eye area. But this product is so awesome I just use it on a cotton ball and just wipes off without pulling the skin. Love it love it
I have been using the Bi-Facil cleanser as well as the Lancome Absolue Premium Eye nite cream. My eyelids have developed redness, irritation and itching but I don't know whether it is caused by the cleanser or the nite cream. I plan to discontinue the Bi-Facil cleanser to see if the irritation subsides. Do you have any other recommendations?

I wear waterproof mascara because of contacts and I don't like racoons eyes. Removed it with ease. It is expensive but worth the price.

I've tried different brands of eye makeup remover, and I always go back to Lancome. I have very sensitive eyes and It doesn't leave an oily residue like other eye makeup removers. It's the best, and it's worth the money.

This is my second purchase. The first bottle worked extremely well. This bottle was extremely less effective for removing eye makeup. I had jot changes eye makeup so why it is not working as well is a mystery.

I have had problem in the past with makeup removers burning and stinging my eyes. That's not the case with this, it works perfectly. I think it's every bit worth the price.

This remover is amazing. I've been using it for years and the only remover I prefer to us. It not only removes all eye make up, but also makes my eyes feel more refreshed. Since I'm now retired and don't have a need to wear make up everyday, I sometimes just take a little bit on a cotton ball to refresh my eyes throughout the day. It just feels so soothing. This is easily the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. It gets everything off, and it doesn't burn or leave behind some weird oils. It's a bit pricey but it does work wonderfully.

I really like how soothing and gentle this product is. There's no tugging at all no matter how much makeup you wear. There's also no harsh smell or drying alcohol feel. I would definitely buy a full-size of this product after getting a sample of it.

I didn't really get INTO makeup til about a year ago, & even then it's been only the last couple months I've gotten into higher end stuff. When I first became aware of this product, I thought for sure it was way overpriced. That you're purely paying for the name. But then I got a sample. I've been converted lol. Just about any ol eye makeup remover is gonna get the job done, sure! But this one does it without ANY greasy feel afterwards. It doesn't burn at all either!
