Pro-moisture system with tourmaline and ionic technologies does more than just dry hair... it transforms airflow into a hydrating spa treatment!

Tourmaline converts heat into penetrating far-infrared energy, drying the cortex (interior) without over-drying the cuticle (exterior). Also, helps cleanse hair of odors and impurities.

Direct ion technology produces negative ions to help dry hair up to 50% faster. This helps condition and soften hair while reducing frizz, increasing shine and setting the style.

Key Features:
  • Energy efficient without compromising heat or airflow
  • Soft touch finish provides comfortable grip
  • Extra quiet operation
  • Supercharged tourmaline airflow (700 ft./min.)

My old hair dryer died and I bought this one to replace it. I never realized how heavy my old one was. This is much easier to use and I love that it came with all of the attachments.

I have longgg curly hair and never invested in a "nice" hair dryer before. This is my first one and I couldn't be happier! Not only is the blue a BEAUTIFUL color, but it's a beautiful product! Dries the hair evenly and nicely without a lot of heat. VERY satisfied!!

I use this dryer almost every day and i love it! My dry time is about 5 minutes less than with my previous dryer but it leaves my hair smoother and less frizzed!

I have really coarse, curly hair and my old hair dryer quit, so I went with this one since it was recommended for frizzy hair. The end is too small and doesn't distribute heat well with the diffuser attachment. It just made my hair frizzier, if anything. Returning it today.

Comments about Hot Tools Tourmaline Tools 2000 Turbo Ionic Dryer:

I love the design and how light it is, but it just doesn't produce enough heat. I'm not sure if this is by design, but it takes forever to dry my hair, and my hair is thin. I have been using a travel size hair dryer for the last year or so since my last dryer broke, and it dries my hair faster then this one. I'm so disappointed. I have been researching driers for months now, and thought I was getting a good product. I'm considering returning it.

Comments about Hot Tools Tourmaline Tools 2000 Turbo Ionic Dryer:

I typically let my hair air dry, but fgor special occasions I like to dry my hair with a diffuser. I have natural wavy/curly hair. This gives my hair body, without the frizz. My hair is thin so I use med or low heat and the cool shot when using the diffuser. If I put it on high..it tends to frizz.

Comments about Hot Tools Tourmaline Tools 2000 Turbo Ionic Dryer:

I used this 3 times and it died while I was blow drying my hair. This happened within 16 days of purchase. I was able to get a full refund. While it worked it was pretty good but based on what happened I'd say the quality of this brand is poor. Would not recommend.

Comments about Hot Tools Tourmaline Tools 2000 Turbo Ionic Dryer:

I threw away the box, so I don't think I can return it. I can't speak for how quickly it dries, I only have a growing out pixie. I will do a side by side with my old xtava dryer, because I do think this is less damaging, but the switches are very easily switched during use which makes it difficult to do brush work with this dryer. This may be a bigger problem when my hair grows more, so a little disappointed. This was one of my larger purchases and I wanted it to be perfect.
