Most Helpful Positive Review Worth it! I have had extensions for about six months now, and my hair stylist and I could not figure out why every time I went back my extensions were gummy and on the verge of (or had already) fallen out. I saw this product online, and I knew I needed to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I was using Biolage or Pureology before, and neither of them worked as well as this. My hair is so smooth that I could tell I was going to love the feeling even when I felt it on my wet hair in the shower. On top of that, I cannot stop smelling my hair! Nothing else has such a lasting scent that I know I won't tire of. This is a purchase that is totally worth it, especially knowing it's safe for my extensions!
Most Helpful Critical Review Horrible Smell I have hair to my mid back and it is wavy not quite curly. I do not have extensions but many friends have asked if I would be willing to sell my hair to them for them to use as extensions. I purchased this shampoo and conditioner because the reviews talked about how much it helped de-tangle their hair. The first thing I was not thrilled about was that there was not a liter option for this product. Once I opened the bottle and smelled it I should have stopped. It was overpowering. I went ahead and tried the shampoo and conditioner hoping the end product would be better. The smell was stifling while I was in the shower. There was no change in the amount of tangles at the end of it all. To make matters worse the smell did not get better. You know that woman who wears way too much perfume to the point that you avoid standing any where near where she has been in the past 5 minutes because the smell will make you gag and then you will smell like her... that was how this stuff smells. I was tempted to rewash my hair in the middle of the night because the smell was too much. Take a good whiff of it before you buy it to make sure you can stand the smell.

I recently had extensions put in and although I always use a sulfite free shampoo and conditioner I wanted to change my brand. I realky love the smell of this conditioner and it works amazing on my oily hair. I only use this on the bottom half of my hair since the top of my head produces too much oil. I shampoo and condition my hair every days and use dry shampoo once in between washes. I don't like alot of build up. The Matrix shampoo and conditioner definitely clean and soften my hair. I would recommend and repurchase this product.

I absolutely love the smell and it doesn't fade after drying hair. It detangles and leaves hair super soft.

Only thing I love is the smell 3

I have had NBR extensions for two years and part of getting your money's worth out of your investment is the maintenance. I was so excited to see a tailored formula for extensions and my stylist used it the first time at the salon; of course I was SOLD from the smell!! It has a wonderful rich, spicy scent. I know it's supposed to be citrus with watermelon and roses, but it has a deeper kind of incense smell that stays for days and I could just wrap up in it. Other than that it has nothing remotely attractive about the product for my extensions. It feels heavy even when it's rinsed off, sits almost like an oil on them and makes them stringy like you've blow dried your hair without rinsing it out, and my natural hair is greasy within a day instead of 3-4 with other conditioners. I feel like it also makes it tangle easier, and doesn't manage the frizz that happens from having color on my extensions.

I love this length goals line. I don't have extensions however I do have thin long hair that tangles easily and it makes brushing my hair a breeze when I get out of the shower. The smell is strong but I happen to like the smell of it. Most shampoos and conditioners leave my hair looking oily but this one doesn't.
Waste of money. 1

Used both the shampoo and conditioner. After I let them air dry, my extensions were more stringy and started tangling more. The texture of my extensions looked more dull and were more frizzy.

I don't know why people complain about the smell. It smells amazing! I love this stuff. This with the shampoo and extensions perfector have worked wonderfully on my tape in extensions.
Can't use this product 2

This product is great EXCEPT the smell. It gives me a headache. I tried it twice and had to rewash my hair both times. The fragrance used is strong and not like typical hair products. I gave the product to someone else.
Definitely purchasing again 5

I purchased about a month or so ago. The smell could be better but the product works great on my hair extensions. Using the shampoo, conditioner, and the leave in treatment my hair ends up being super soft. Overall I LOVE the product.

I have tape in extensions and this conditioner works great! I LOVE the scent and it is NOT over powering. My hair feels very clean and was not at all greasy after use. My hair just looks very healthy and clean.

I don't know how a conditioner can be both drying and make my hair greasy, but this one managed to pull it off. This product line is terrible - if you have good extensions, save your hair and money and skip this one. The smell is atrocious - cheap perfume that doesn't go away even if you rewash with something else. Your hands will also stink of this stuff.
