Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

The charcoal powder sinks to the bottom, and I get that there isn't anything they can do about that. however, the fact that it is in a pump with a long tube means that even when you shake it, you don't get any of the charcoal unless you manually drain the pump straw every time. Even Still, I noticed my pores clogging and my skin being dried out. I do, however, have a sensitivity to tomatoes and micellar waters in general, but I feel like nobody talks about the clogging potential of these oil-infused waters. It removed my makeup very well, however, and did not leave a black residue, just as they advertised.

The cap took me forever to open. I feel like its going to break at any moment. The product is ok I guess but I'm so frustrated that it really doesn't matter what the actual product does because I hate using.

Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

I was a bit skeptical of this product from reading some of the negative online reviews, but I am so happy that I went to my local Ulta and picked it up anyways! My sensitive skin is oily in the T-Zone, which is then surrounded by dry patches, and I have a bit of an issue with blackheads/larger pores. When used in conjunction with an exfoliating face wash and a foam cleanser, this stuff works wonders for my skin. It moisturizes and soothes the dry patches, my oiliness is reduced, and it draws out a lot of impurities from my skin. I have not tried to use it as a makeup remover just yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so. However, my one and only stipulation with this product is the semi-sticky feeling I get on my skin after using it - but that does subside after 5 to 10 minutes. Overall, I think this is a great product to use for people who have combination skin. Love!

Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

Really wanted to love this products, and I'm still trying to give it a chance. You have to make sure to really be careful where you place your cotton ball, or the applicator shoots out product. After you while your face down you're left with black streaks everywhere. I have to use a makeup wipe before and after use which seems wasteful. But it didn't lessen the grease around my t-zone.

Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

I just bought this product yesterday and it took me 30 minutes to figure out how to "unlock" the bottle to allow for usage. I'm not sure if mine was just stuck but I ended up unscrewing the lid and holding the pump while twisting the top in the opposite direction and this unlocked orb for me. Overall a great product so far and it has a great scent, but it's very strong and could affect people who experience discomfort from intense smells.

Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

I really wanted to like this product, but it ended up giving me a bright red rash all around the area I used it. The dispenser is also terrible; it squirts everywhere and doesn't lock properly. It seemed to take off my foundation very quickly, but my eye makeup didn't budge at all.

Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

Ive been using this for about 3 months now, and I pretty much like how it performs on my oily skin. Getting the product on a cotton pad can be annoying because if you don't press it down the right way, it can splash everywhere. Doesn't dry out my skin though it can leave me a little sticky, especially if I'm lazy and don't use a cleanser and moisturizer after. If you get in the eyes a little too hard, it can cause irritation. I have had no significant problems with it thus far as I feel it takes off as much makeup and oil as it can. Overall, this cruelty-free and wallet-conscious product that does the job.

Comments about Yes to Tomatoes Detoxifying Charcoal Micellar Cleansing Water:

My daughter is having hormonal changes, that are affecting her skin. I was told about this product and of charcoal's purifying properties. I decided to purchase this product for her, plus the wipes from the same company. She swears by them and her face is starting to clear up. She is in her early thirties and she has combination skin, that by the end of the day is just oily skin. Her nose and chin area were becoming congested and it was causing her pores to become enlarged. I am glad that someone had advised me to have her try this product because of charcoal draws out the impurities that soap and water may leave behind. Her face has started to clear up within eight weeks of continuous use. I had repurchased this product again for her plus the wipes so it must be working!
