I've been coloring professionally for a long time, almost 50 years😉 My scalp is sensitive, my hair is fine. I need gentleness and conditioning and a light touch so I'm not weighed down AND of course fade protection. This shampoo and it's accompanying conditioner hit the mark on all of my needs. I've tried pretty much all the brands at all price points. This is the winner.
I am a fan of the smoothing keratin complex shampoo and conditioner (teal bottles) because it's really does help lengthen my keratin treatment and leaves my hair feeling healthy and smoother. I figured I would try this line because because my stylist uses it at the salon and I LOVED the smell of it and had recently colored my hair and wanted to protect my investment. Unfortunately it left my hair and scalp feeling dry. I HAD to supplement with leave in conditioners and other products to get my hair feeling nice. I have used this product for a month now with no success. I will be switching.

As an African-American this shampoo saves my color and makes it last. It is gentle. I use this product to help maintain my keratin treatment and protect my color. Love this line.

This shampoo was recommended to me by my hairdresser for everyday use. Since using it for the past 2 months, my hair has become dry and frizzy, and my scalp has also suffered from dryness. Whenever I use it, my hair becomes so tangled that I can barely get my fingers through it. The conditioner from the same line is just as awful. I am switching back to Herbal Essences along with some Living Proof intense scalp and hair moisture treatments in hopes that I can get my hair repaired and back to its former healthy and hydrated state.

I've been using Keratin smoothing shampoo and conditioner for years but recently came across this line and thought I'd try it. I really disliked the smell...smelled like wax and returned it.

I was losing hair from other hair shampoos and stress. I needed a shampoo that was going be easy on my hair along with strengthening it. The other problem that I had was that I dyed my hair to cover gray. Finding a shampoo that covered all these was really hard. Being desperate I went through a bunch of products and found this gem. I love it even though the price is high. I grab them while on sale to help make my money stretch. I use this along with Nioxin. My hair is full and healthy again. I highly recommend this product. The scent is nice and light as well. A little goes a long way, so worth it.

Excellent helps control frizzy hair during rainy days. I love it and won't use any other kerating shampoo because they don't deliver results and beautiful hair like this shampoo

I have medium-length, thick wavy hair that I perpetually color a deep shade of red. Reds are hard to maintain, and it stinks when it becomes brassy and orange. This shampoo/conditioner really keeps color in and extends the life of even hard reds! My stylist has complimented me since I've been using this on how my color lasts, and it doesn't fade into a brassy orange color. Even the gradual fading after 4-5 weeks is still beautiful. Also the keratin leaves your hair soft/silky. I bought the liters after testing the smaller bottles, and they have lasted over a year as I only wash my hair every other day. I have not found it harsh or drying, it lathers well (not big on non-lather shampoos) and I get compliments about the shine, even though I blow-dry then flat iron my hair.

I recently splurged and had my hair colored red. It was pricey & I was nervous because I know reds fade the fastest. I wanted to purchase a shampoo & conditioner that would extend my color to it's fullest potential. So far no color has been lost. My hair is soft & shiny & full of color. A little goes a long way. I need to remember to use less.

Makes my hair feel soft & shiny. I had used a different product for years and my hair was always frizzy/wavy. Since I've used this along with a curl defining product I just shower, add the curl product and go and my hair feels and looks great! It just takes a small amount to do the job. I love it!

I have used almost every shampoo and I really liked this brand until I used this shampoo. My hair was like straw washing it. Tried to put conditioner in it and I could barely run my fingers through it. After I go out of the shower, clumps of hair we're falling out. Do not use this shampoo.
