I find I waste product. I wish the tip was a different color than the product. I click away and can't tell when to always stop because the two are the same color. As someone who is not that skilled at applying upper lid eyeliner I do find it easy to use; therefore I'm giving it 3 stars.

I've been buying this since it launched, its one of the best gel liners, can be worn on a rainy day without smudging and last all day. The only thing, you have to monitor the clicks or you'll waste the product and it can get hard so you need to wipe excess. I love the formula and looks smooth not like those shiny going out eyeliners

This will be my 5th purchase of this mascara and I have 0 complaints! It makes your lashes look long, full and separated!

Love, love the black liner and once you've figured out how to clear the dry leftover portion from applying the day before (I always squeeze out excess stick in the rubber applicator using my thumb and index finger, then start twisting to get fresh liner to come out), it's AMAZING!!! However, I tried the blue color and was less impressed with the formula. First try, the blue came out clumpy and dry; gave it a few more tries using my technique mentioned above and it still came out dry and clumpy. I returned it to Ulta directly (I ordered the previous one online), and swapped for another Benefit blue liner from the store; same problem. I've just kept it and use it sparingly (mainly when I have the extra ten min on a weekend to work with the dry blue liner). Too bad; I love the black and have had very little trouble, it lasts all day and sometimes into the next day if I don't remove my makeup at night. Perhaps the formula on the blue liner needs some work and improvement.

I have used a liquid pot with a brush, which I love, trying to get used to this. Not as thin of a line as my old stuff. Long lasting.

The applicator makes this product difficult to use. I feel like I'm carefully smearing it on my eyelids and have not been able to use this to do a cat eye because it smudges easily. It's also impossible to use if I'm applying makeup in a hurry. You have to twist the base of this and wait for the product to come out of the top. Sometimes I'll accidentally twist it too much trying to get the product to come out. It continues to come out even after I've put the cap on, so when I open it later there is a ton of product coming out of the top that is unusable.

One good thing about this eyeliner is that I use it over an eyeshadow primer and it lasts all day.
