Most Helpful Positive Review SERIOUSLY THE BEST BRIGHT/TRUE RED SHADE EVER Okay, so I NEVER write reviews unless the product is insanely amazing or entirely awful, and I believe this might be my first review on a makeup product on Ulta.
Anyway, let me tell you- I was so shocked at how pigmented the colors were. I've been looking for a bright true red eyeshadow for SO LONG. I have bought so many red eyeshadows (Relish by UD, a few different Nyx ones, I even have the Jaclyn Hill Morphe palette!) and they are all nice, but not BRIGHT red. Red eyeshadows are almost always a deep red, a rusty red, and brownish red. So I got this palette, not even for the red shade cause I assumed it would suck, but for the other colors. Just for kicks and giggles, I swatched the matte red shade when I got home and OMG MY MIND WAS BLOWN! It is not only a BRIGHT red (without any orange-y-ness!!) but it was also really pigmented! I only swiped my finger once and it came out bright and red, when I added another layer, it got even more intensely amazing. I was literally #shook. I immediately sent a picture of my swatch to a friend and she was amazed too. I then proceeded to try out a look using that shade (after priming my eyes with primer) and a good brush (IT Cosmetics Angled Shadow) and IT WAS SO AMAZING YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!!! It blended beautifully, feathered out at the edges in just the softest most delicate and flattering of ways and just....wow. I can't even with how great that red is.
So, if you're like me who was searching for a nice, bright red- get this palette immediately.
And if you're on the Ulta App reading this, pictures don't show up, but I am adding photos of this shade to my review so hop on over to the website to see them. :)
I swatched a couple of the other colors, some were more bright than others.
The yellows were okay, like one was pretty pigmented but it wasn't very bright. Still was better than the Nyx yellow one though.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not recommend Its ok but in my opinion the morphe 35B has similar colors and blends a lot better also this take me to Brazil palette makes your eyes cakey looking..

I wanted the lisa Frank palate but it was sold out everywhere and someone suggested this as a dupe and honestly it's perfect. A variety of colors for all occasions. There is some fallout of the powder.
Pretty Good 4

I love the pallete, I'm going to have a lot of fun with it, it just isn't as vibrant as it is in pictures.
I like it 4
Hey :) from !!!
I really like the colors and it blends very nicely, the only thing is that it's not as pigmented as I would like it to be and has some fall out but overall I love it and use it whenever I want to do a colourful eyeshadow look! And for 20 dollars I think it's definitely worth it!!! I recommend if you like bright colors and for a great price :)
If you have the time to build up the colors, it's ok 2

I tried different bases including the NYX White Eyeshadow base to help the color pop. I had to put on a LOT for the colors to be vibrant. I pretty much gave up on the lighter shades/pastels as I felt they were hopeless (but that seems to be common with shadows in my experience). It stayed with setting spray. The pink shadow stained my sink, so don't tap off excess into yours like I did! If you're willing to put the work in, and are ok constantly blowing fallout off the palette itself, then go for it.
not worth it 3

the colors are pretty and blend alright, but it's generally very chalky and not as pigmented as I would like for such a vibrant palette.

This palette looks so pretty especially with so many colors to play with but the pigment isn't really there and there's so much fallout ... wouldn't repurchase
wow beautiful 4

Hard pass, with few exceptions 2

They are sort of pigmented when you first apply, but almost within the hour it rubs of and looks disgusting. The red, hot pink, and few blues and purples, are very tasteful and the most pigmented. I got this as a gift and it is good for some things ig
Super Powdery 1

Absolutely not worth it. I bought this for my younger sister for her birthday. It was such a let down. No pigment. Super powdery. Not worth it even if your just planning on playing with it.
Not up to snuff for character makeup 1

I got this palette because I needed a rainbow palette for an in-depth Halloween look but hoping to keep it after so I wouldn't've wasted the money on cheap garbage Halloween makeup. Instead it just looks like I wasted the money anyway. Unable to try any swatches in the store, I bought this blind.
I was doing a look that required all of the blues, teals, greens, and purples in the palette to be able to blend and gradient on my face so let's go through all of the issues step by step. First, not all of the matte shades would even pick up on the brush, especially the green tones. I had to scrub with my brush to pick up the necessarily load for the amount of distribution I needed. Laying down the color, it pretty much wanted to stay wherever it landed, even on properly primed and prepped skin. Attempting to blend it out, only some of the colors would move satisfactorily such as the dark blues/deep purple and the light light blue. Again I had to scrub to get the greens and teals to budge which left patches that required further filling in and scrubbing. The lighter purple colors are chalky and I had to basically use the dark blues and dark purples to blend into it to deepen the hue. When I completed the look, the colors were nowhere near as vibrant as I had hoped, instead they were dull, chalky, and lacked that pigmented brightness you would expect of a decently done character look.
I was able to hide some of the imperfections with glitter but once you start having to use glitter to distract from under-quality makeup, that's when you know it's not great. I cannot speak to the majority of the left side of the palette but the right side could use a lot of work to be up to snuff. Probably good as a gift for a teenager interested in potentially going to cosmetology school or working at their high school theater but I probably wouldn't even use this for "funky" day to day looks, unfortunately.

one of my favs ! i own many different brands of colorful palettes and this one is one of the best ones i own and it's affordable ! they blend amazing and are pigmented ! i will buy again and again 💕!
It gave me rashes :( 2
Jane from Portland, Oregon
The matte shades for the most part performed okay, though it wasn't anything to write home about. The shimmery shades, on the other hand, were absolutely lackluster. There's also a weirdly large amount of dark blue shades, which do not blend well, and the light pink shades do not show up whatsoever. I did develop a rash around my eyes and on my cheeks after using the palette for about a month, so buy at your own risk.

I got this product originally when I got the 2 phase chocolate palate in had just barely been released so probably 2 years ago I did get the one that has shimmery but that's all it to your own taste... The Brandon general because I did end up getting a set of brushes that were not like by T cosmetics or more exactly but for 20 bucks the 11 brushes I got woz flooring,... Also God another college and it was just as highly pigmented so the whole brand I recommend is far as a shadow goes... Have not try any foundation products or eyeliner mascara.
This is super highly pigmented I think the only other comparable palette own would be Anastasia Beverly Hills x and Jeffree Stars Morphe pallete, or those by Toofaced that are dayglo like the chocolate one I mentioned...
NOT NEUTRAL. I don't not think it's possible to create a neutral look with this palette at all this is definitely for people who like bright colours and I would recommend because there so many colours it could be overwhelming...
To those people who have been playing with an R it least advanced level at using eye makeup...
This should come with a tutorial because if you do not know what you are doing you can end up looking very foolish like a clown and please remember a little bit goes a long way with highly pigmented makeup regardless of the brand but. If you like bright colours and if you are in honour of over 25 pallets stat costs 60 bucks or so by tarred more and to face like I am this is awesome because you will get this and maybe some other products for this same price you would for a palette of the same quality!
I DO MIX SOME COLORS WITH COLORS FROM OTHER PALLETES PLAYS WELL W OTHERS!
I do think it lasts all day as well although I always use foundation primer in addition to shadow primer in pretty heavy amounts.
Tiny & chalky 1
Grim from Houston
Very disappointed when this palette arrived. Each color is such a tiny pan, maybe dime size. The colors are beautiful in the pan but it takes so so much to build up good depth of color. & a lot of fall out. Definitely a waste of money.
Pigmentation varies 3

Overall a pretty good pallete and definitely worth it for the price, but the pigmentation on some of the shades can be really hit or miss
Beautiful palette, moderate color payoff 3
SharonS from Tulsa, OK
I used UD eye primer potion and topped that with Flesh Thickstick foundation to get a sticky, opaque base and to cover up my blue veins (prominent on my right eye, I have pale and transleucent skin). Even with good prep, I have to pack on about 3 layers to get moderate payoff. Without primer, it's very sheer and has no staying power. The eyeshadows are powdery and have a lot of fallout when applying, but this does make them highly blendable and easy to clean up if you do your eyes before your face. It's a tradeoff. The colors are pretty and true to their appearance, the brand is affordable, but they take extra work to get that bold and bright look they advertise. I'm gonna keep using it for now, try out all the colors, then go for a Morphe orJuvia palette later and give this one to my daughter.
I ADORE THIS PALETTE! 5

I had to really press down a lot of product on my eye to get any kind of color showing. I would not purchase again
You can make any look you want 5

I love this palette. If you are a makeup artist then don't hesitate to buy this palette because you will be able to create so many looks with this on all type of skin tones. The best feature to me is that you can build this up. I personally do not think pigments that are so strong form the get go work best at being used on different looks because they are much harder to blend. You won't be dissapointed.
These are pressed pigments only. 3
Liz from Ohio
I bought this palette and decided to read the fine print. These are pressed pigments NOT intended for the eye area! This is very misleading. Also, there is a disclaimer on this product right here in the description if you look at all of the catagories associated with this product. Why they market this as an eye shadow palette is beyond me. Shame on BH Cosmetics.
Fun colors 4
Snow cow from Streeter Nd
Used this pallet to match my work shirts. It's fun to add splash of color when people can't see your whole face. I don't like that some colors lack color intensity. But I like the pallets for the cost.
Colors are vibrant and stay all day 5

Love the colors and the matte options
