How to Use

For Max Coverage: Use your fingertip and tap shadow directly onto the eyelid. A flat, firm synthetic brush will also work and is perfect for detailed application close to the lash line.

To Blend: Use a fluffy synthetic brush with good movement, dip the tip into the shadow and apply with a "windshield wiper" movement throughout the crease of the eye for a soft and diffused look.

Bae, just happens to be one of them, thats listed above. I'm surprised that the description is off as much as it is. Detailing the shade as Egg Plant, if you think about it, egg plants are a deep burgundy color. When you look at the color Bae in the pot, you will assume, it will swatch or be true to that appearance, on your lid. Think not! Its a burgundy shade on the lid. Its a pretty burgundy but, beware of you who can not wear reds or burgundy. Burgundy can make your eyes loom tired, or give the appearance of blood shot eyes. I use BAE sparingly as accent shade in my crease or "V". It has tiny flecks of teal.....which is pretty but, beware again, if you stay away from any size glitter or flecks of tiny glitter. I'll leave a swatch down below. Please don't take my review as a negative response to BAE or ColourPop. I only want to leave my honest feedback to alert others of BAEs true identity!Most Helpful Critical ReviewBeautiful and easy to use, but hit pan WAY TOO FASTI used Wattles 3 days in a row as a one and done... and hit pan. I love the formula of it and how easy it is to apply, but I almost never hit pan on my eye shadows. To hit pan after using it literally 3 days is awful. I didn't think to check the size of the pots before that and now realize how SMALL the amount of product is, it is less than half the amount you get with most other cream shadow pots, so if you compare the value of this to other cream shadows, it comes out as costing a lot more per oz. As a satin shadow where you can use it as a one shadow look, the formula is a bit thick and so you end up using a bit more than you mean to. I'm sad that this shadow won't last long. I also got lady bird, which is the glitter formula, and using this as a topper you use a lot less, so this one will last a lot longer. Ladybird has a medium opacity ivory base with lots of silver glitter and Frog has a pale neutral toned rosey base with lots of multicolored glitter and is sheer but buildable. They apply best with fingers over glitter glue as the last step. Both shades give a high shine finish but the reason I took off 1 star is because of the fall out. Even over a sticky base and with minimal blending, when the opacity is built up, there's still a good amount of glitter fall out throughout the day. However one huge problem I have is that these dry out quick. I bought ten just two weeks ago from colourpop and super moldable and moist. Dry out is such a problem with these. I don't know if it's the fact that I live in burque. I keep these sealed tight, in a cool place and I sore them right. If you live in an arid state better to buy from colourpop than ur ulta where these have been sitting on the shelf forever. Plus is, you can return colourpop from ulta vs buying online from colourpop. That may be a pro for some people, and you might be willing to take the risk then. I just want the product right the first time around since I live a busy life!!!!
