The flat iron works great. Heated up evenly and did not pull my hair. I have only used it once and the grey color came off the top plate. I will return and get a new pair and hopefully this will not happen again

Haven't tried the curling wand yet but straightener is great and it's worth price considering it comes with curling wand. Does a great job straightening, my only gripe is heat settings. It jumps from 390 to 450. Wish there was a 410 (etc) option but overall great

My hair didn't crease overnight at all! I had to buy a new straightener because my 2inch Chi that I've had for more than 10 years! So I definitely wanted something as wide. Really happy with my purchase. Have yet to try the wand!

I love this set, I have seen hair salons use this brand and I wanted to get my own. It heats up pretty fast, there is different temperature settings. I am happy with the way it straightened out my hair considering that I have curly hair. Also the beach waves come out supper cute with the wand. Wand has different temperature settings as well. Good deal!

I own several BabylissPro flat irons to compare this to and I'd say it's my very favorite of them all. I think it is better for medium-long hair (and probably not good for fine, short hair).
I saw another reviewer mentioned that they experience snags and I think this comes down to how thick of a strand you are straightening. I've noticed that very thin strands, example being the finer hair around my ears, can sometimes feel like they will snag. I let up and add them to a bigger section; it works really well with one pass on larger, thicker sections/strands and I don't have any snagging issues in general. It also makes the hair look noticeably smoother, no fly aways or frizz (this part was impressive to me because most flat irons smooth the hair out just fine, like it's not a big deal and you don't even think about it, but this one really is a noticeable improvement as I'm passing over the section, so much so it stands out). Heats up fast (adjustable to 450), doesn't have an auto shut off (standard for Babyliss).
Overall, very happy and would highly recommend for those with medium to long hair that isn't fine; doesn't have to be thick, just anything more than fine.
PRO TIP: with the 20% off coupon, it's a better deal than the salon professional price!

I bought this straight thinking it was going to be amazing it turns out to be horrible. It's pulls out my hair trying to straight it . Even on the highest setting my hair take so many passes to even get hair straight. I have thick curly hair . I wish I just bought a CHI instead. Return it not worth it

Love the flat iron, this combo is such a good deal. The wand really heats up hot! I use the lowest setting or second setting but so far so good on both products.
