Comments about Laura Geller Spackle Treatment Even Tone:

I got this in one of the LG kits that I ordered, and I LOVE the Even Tone Spackle Primer! It has a bronzy tint to it that adds a radiant glow to your face, giving you that natural sun-kissed look. It is super lightweight, and it clings onto foundation (liquid/powder), giving you the perfect summertime natural sun-tanned appearance. The only thing I would recommend after applying your primer and foundation is to set it with a light dusting of powder, so that your face doesn't feel tacky throughout the day. Otherwise, this baby will last you all day and throughout the night without budging! It is a must-have in your makeup collection.

Comments about Laura Geller Spackle Treatment Even Tone:

This was suggested to me as a primer that could be worn with no makeup and I believe that rides true. It evens out the skin tone color correcting as promised but does need mostrurizer beforehand. The only thing I don't like about this product is it smells odd, like wine (which some may love) but it's just a little too noticeable when on my face.

This product broke my entire face out. I had blisters so bad they busted open. It was extremely painful. I only used it twice. I have never in my life ever broke out from any make up or product that I put on my face. I'm pretty much able to put on anything without a problem. My skin is pretty durable. I hope others don't have this problem.

                Favorite Primer Ever!

Comments about Laura Geller Spackle Treatment Even Tone:

This is the best primer ever! I have cool, pink undertones and this even tone primer is the perfect compliment to my face. I put this on after I moisturize and put either powder or liquid foundation on after this depending on what occasion it is. It works well with either kind in my opinion. Regardless, I always put a finishing powder over it because I can see how some may feel their skin could seem greasy after applying. I never get the greasy feeling, but definitely moisturized. This does give more of a "glow" which isn't really mentioned on the packaging. If you are wanting more of a matte finish this definitely isn't for you. I've been using it for months and have not experienced breakouts or clogged pores so I would definitely recommend!

I was using Benefit The Porefessional Primer for about six months and was getting oily throughout the day (even under foundation). My foundation would basically wipe off after a few hours (my various foundations are: clinique, estee lauder, benefit, and make up forever). It's been six days so far with trying Spackle Mattifying Oil Control Under Make-Up Primer by Laura Geller and I really love it! It fills pores and lines and blurs out imperfections. I like it so much I've been using this product and only a tinted powder to add some extra color to my face! So far its amazing.

Comments about Laura Geller Spackle Treatment Even Tone:

I've never really believed in primers, I usually just use a hydrating face cream or lotion and then apply my foundation, but this stuff has turned me into a believer! The slight tint really does help to even out your skin tone and I can see how someone without breakouts would be able to use it with just a powder. My foundation went on SO much more easily and smoothly, I also needed less of it. My makeup stayed set all day, and my pores and overall complexion looked a lot smoother. I like the sheen to this, the "ethereal" color was more glittery but I liked the slight bronze sheen to this much better. This stuff is amazing and I will continue to use it!

                  • Q:

Between the Even Tone Spackle and the Hydrating Spackle, which is better at smoothing out pores? Is the even tone too dry a texture for dry combo skin with some patches? I have mostly dry skin with large pores and some redness, and I'm seeking to cover all bases as well as possible!

                      A:

The even tone is not dry at all. However, it does have a very slight glow to it which can enhance the look of pores. I would recommend going with the Hydrating, or even Spackle Soothing. Spackle Soothing is green which will cut down redness. It has a ton of soothing and hydrating properties. Can't go wrong with either choice!

Sparkle Soothing (this is color correcting), Spackle Original (completely clear), or Spackle Supercharged (has an extra boost of ant-aging antioxidants). Enjoy!

It does not appear that this primer contains silicone. Is it compatible with liquid foundations that contain silicones as the second or third ingredient? This is the right primer for you! It will absolutely pair very well with any foundation you choose. It creates a barrier between your skin and he makeup, so the makeup never has a chance to penetrate through and disappear half way through the day. And our Spackle soothing helps control redness and neutralizes. I know you're going to love it!

                      A:

This primer is designed to It blur skin imperfections and even out the look of your skin's pigmentation. It has a slight golden hue which will add a soft bronzy glow. This tones down redness a small bit, but it does not cover completely. It also contains an ingredient called Cayoma Olive which is designed to lighten dark spots over time as a treatment. If you're looking for something to cut the redness away, I would recommend trying our Spackle Soothing. This is a green primer and green cuts away redness. When you apply this, you can instantly seethe redness majorly tone down. Please see the link below!

It will not fill in completely, however it does a great job at slightly filling in. You will notice a difference when you apply makeup on top of the primer. The skin is slightly retexturized for a flawless application.
