Most Helpful Positive Review If you have allergies.... I have recently become severely allergic to acrylics and gel nail polish. I had contact dermatitis from this and was struggling to find a way to keep my nails from further breakdown. I bought this due to the label stating that it had no harsh chemicals. I had no problem removing my polish which consisted of a base of OPI Nail Envy and two layers of Adesse NYC organic nail polish and a top coat of OPI Quick Dry. I used a small bit of product and used one cotton round and it removed from the layers from all my fingers and thumbs. It left my nails with a thin layer of lavender oil, similar to using cuticle oil, along my fingers and didn't dry them out whatsoever. The scent is light. Not at all harsh like acetone or standard nail polish remover. If you have allergies/sensitivities to acrylics or gel polishes, this may not bother your skin. It did not bother mine. I'm going to continue to purchase this.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not for acrylics! I normally use Julep acetone free remover on my natural nails, but this sounded like it was gentler so I ordered it after I got acrylic nails put on, since I know you must use gentle remover on them. Right away, I noticed that it was not working as fast as Julep. When I got to nail 3, I noticed my acrylics were feeling kind of slimy/gummy, so I freaked out and washed them thoroughly. I went on with Julep and I did not get that feeling. My fake nails didn't seem to sustain any real damage, but I imagine using this repeatedly could break them down. I will only use it in my toe nails from now on.

I'm very happy with this product--my nail polish came off quite easily and did not strip my nails
A little goes a long way 5

I'm in love with this nail remover. It says that it works with natural nail polishes, but it also removed my non natural nail polish with ease. This remover felt really nice, non drying and even moisturized my cuticles In the process due to the essential oil in it. Highly recommend!
So pleasantly surprised by this!! 5

Even with all the good reviews I was skeptical this would work on removing regular nail polish but dang! This stuff is gold! I used it to remove some regular essie nail polish and it worked perfectly, barely need to use any of this, I put a little on a Kleenex, swiped a little on each finger, let it sit for 30 seconds ish and then used the same Kleenex and rubbed each nail, honestly took the same amount of rubbing I'd do if I used the acetone remover and my hands felt so much nicer after. All nail polish easily removed, no harsh smell and my hands weren't left all ashen, dried up and sad looking the way they usually do after acetone.
The smell isn't amazing but not bad at all and compared to any other nail polish remover is heaven. It does leave a little oily residue like others say but feels very moisturizing and you can wash your hands after and be good to go.
Oh and lastly, other reviewers said they were surprised by the size and I looked at the ounces/size and figured I knew what to expect but was still surprised at how small the bottle was haha but it really seems a little goes a long way.
Definitely recommend!
Effective and Eco-friendly 5

Ella+Mila is one of my absolute favorite nail polish brands! The quality is excellent. Their colors are unique and long-lasting. Same goes for their soy nail polish remover. This remover doesn't have that toxic smell of regular removers, nor most of the toxic ingredients. It is a small bottle and does take a couple extra seconds to remove the polish, but it's so worth it. I've bought three bottles. This is now by go-to!
favorite polish remover 5

i was skeptical due to the price and size, but I'll never go back. you MUST use as directed, and when you do it works so well. I only need one cotton ball for all my nails, which is not usually the case for me. I love the fact that it has an oilier texture so my nails and cuticles feel moisturized after, instead of dry and stripped. it's also really nice to have polish remover that smells good instead of giving you a headache.
Surprised at how well it works! 5

Trying to nurse my nails back to health and bought this along with the nail strength polish. I figured it would be less harsh and maybe help. It took the polish (both clear and red) off super fast! Took everything off cleanly and didn't leave my nails feeling dry or wrecked. It didn't really take off some nail glue I had used to fix a broken nail but other than that I love it and will definitely keep using it.
Amazing! 5

I bought this because I wanted an acetone-free remover. If you follow the directions and leave the remover to sit on your nails for 30 seconds before wiping it off, it works beautifully. It has an oily texture, but it leaves your nails feeling nourished and not stripped like other removers do. Will 1000% repurchase it, I love it! Not to mention it smells great too.
Soft on my Curticles 5

First of all its not a huge bottle, but you don't need it to be. You won't need a lot. You don't need to soak the cotton ball to remove the polish. At first I didn't wait the 30 sec to wipe I just started rubbing. It does take a little longer compared to the acetone polish removers out there. Remember this has no acetone. The reason I decided to buy this is because acetone dries out the cuticles, its a harsh chemical. I love the fact that IT WORKS. I don't care it takes me 10 more seconds to remove the polish. If you wear glittery polish you will spend more time taking it off. If you are looking for a healthier alternative, this is it. It will leave your nails oily after removing the polish, which is good. You can wash it off. It won't leave your nails dry, white, and stinky of acetone. The smell didn't bother me, it's not that strong. Smells like lavender, some people hate it, I personally do not. You want healthier cuticles you won't go wrong with this one.
A bit more work, but worth trying 4

I tried this because while I love how easy nail polish is to remove with 100% acetone, I don't love how dried out my cuticles can get with it (especially since I either tend to mess up, which means redoing the manicure, or change my mind about the color!).
First note, the lavender scent is STRONG. Not offensively so, and I consider myself fairly sensitive to scents, but it's not a hint of or subtle scent.
Second, this doesn't work as well as normal acetone remover. Even following the directions to soak nails for 30 seconds each and then rub, it didn't remove my manicure fully. It took quite a bit of rubbing to get all the polish off the nail. With acetone, it takes much less rubbing and time to get them clean. This also didn't get all the shimmers off. (None of the nail polishes it was used with were from the Ella + Mia brand).
If you're willing to put in the elbow grease (pun intended), don't mind the price point, and wear mostly sheers and creams, this should work well for you. I found its best use was to be added in conjunction with acetone - first a splash of acetone on the cotton pad, then this. I'll be trying them blended at some point, too. That way I got all the advantages of quicker removal from the acetone but my nails were still nicely moisturized. I might also use this just as clean-up fluid i.e. around the cuticles to neaten my manicure. Since it needs more work to remove the polish, in theory it should remove the excess paint without damaging the manicure as much.
Love, Love 5

This nail polish remover is amazing. It smells great unlike most nail polish removers and does a better job of removing the nail polish than others. Just make sure you follow the directions.
Read the Bottle Y'all 5

Ease of removal 5

Loved this product the very first time I used it. Had expected to have to really rub to get off many layers of polish but with just a quick swipe, the polish was removed. Left my nails smooth and shiny with a little bit of oil for protection.
Not what I was expecting 5
MKinOK from Tulsa, OK
Quick Take: Best nail polish remover I've ever used. I can remove all my nail polish with only 2 cotton balls & it doesn't suck all the moisture from my skin and nails.
Cons: Price. Oily texture (also a pro though)
Pros: Non-Drying. A little goes a long way. Doesn't transfer polish to skin. No harsh odor.
*Make sure you read the directions! If you try to use this like a regular nail polish remover, you're gonna have a bad time.
Questionable 2

I was expecting a larger bottle for the price. This remover takes time and work to remove polish and leaves an oily residue. Not sold on it.
100% awesome product 5

This product is gentle and has a light pleasant scent. Does not dry out the cuticles or nails.
WHAT A GREAT PRODUCT! 5

Very impressed with this product. The formula is nourishing and does not have an offensive odor. It leaves my nails soft, nor dried out like regular remover. I think I may have found a replacement for my nail polish remover!
Something new! 5

So here's the thing. I don't love this nail polish remover for actually removing polish. Hear me out. I prefer an acetone based remover to get my polish off. Then I finish with this soy polish remover because it leaves such beautiful shine and healthy finish as it has a bit of an oily texture. I did have to mix half of this and half of an acetone based remover in a bottle to dilute it a bit. This is perfect if you don't plan to polish your nails immediately or prefer a natural look.
LOVE this! 4

I have a hard time finding polish removers that actually work, don't dry out my nails horribly and that don't offend my husband's nose. lol First, this removed my polish easily without a lot of rubbing. That's important to me. As to whether it's drying or not, I just used it for the first time so I can't say for certain BUT it didn't leave a white residue behind on my skin so I feel like that's a good sign. Also, it does not smell like normal nail polish remover, it barely smelled like anything. Maybe I can finally do my nails when my husband is home! I'm definitely adding this to my favorites list.
I was hesitant, but liked it! 5

I found it a little messier than normal polish remover, but it was worth it! No offensive odor, no dried out cuticles or fingers. I would buy it again!
Works great 5

My new favorite nail polish remover. It works great and smells nice.
Have bought multiple times 5

I would never switch to any other nail polish remover. I've bought this product multiple times. I do my own nails at home. I love glitter nail polish and that includes fine and chunky glitter. I used to buy regular nail polish remover at the drugstore, but I would use 3x as much product and it would take soooo long to remove my glitter nail polish. Although this nail polish remover is a bit pricey, it's worth it because I really do use a lot less remover than with drugstore brands and my nails never, ever feel stripped away of natural oils. I love that this is vegan and cruelty free so it's def worth it. I highly recommend.
Didn't work? 3
Allie from Georgia, USA
I see how everyone's rating the remover 5 stars... I'm a bit lost. It took me so long to even get my nailpolish off, and the remover was extremely oily and got all over me. it also damaged my desk. I don't like acetone but this isn't that good of an alternative in my opinion? I gave stars because it did smell nice and the bottle was efficient. It was OK.
Glad I tried the soy remover 5

I would buy this again and again 5

Love this product. It doesn't have the harsh chemicals that other polish removers have and does a great job in removing polish.
WOW! 5

I've only recently switched to natural nail products, and I was appalled when I tried my first natural nail polish remover! It was ridiculously hard to remove my nail polish. In search of a better remover I gave ella+mila's Soy Nail Polish Remover a go, and, WOW! It works fantastic! I would definitely recommend this remover!!!
