Smells amazing and cleans my brushes very nicely I just don't like how it runs out so fast and it's too expensive buying it every time

Love it!

Comments about Japonesque Solid Brush Cleanser Cleansing Balm:

I've always used the spray brush cleaners. I never felt like they really got my brushes clean, but they were the only option I knew of, so I went with it. Then I found this! It cleans my brushes so well, they look brand new! And the goats milk scent is light, but sooo good! Doubt I'll go back to spray cleanser again!!

Comments about Japonesque Solid Brush Cleanser Cleansing Balm:

I got this product today after trying tons of cleansers. None of them compare to this one! It got everything off & didn't take multiple tries to do so, even on my hard to clean brushes. I got the coconut one & it smells amazing!

          Not worth repurchasing

          By ...

          from Tx

Comments about Japonesque Solid Brush Cleanser Cleansing Balm:

LOVED this product so so much! The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because last night was only my 2nd time using it and I already hit the bottom! This product is too pricey for it to last me a couple of uses! I'm so disappointed because the product itself is amazing. Unfortunately I will not be repurchasing this item.

          PHENOMENAL

          By MirandaEW

Comments about Japonesque Solid Brush Cleanser Cleansing Balm:

Honestly the smell alone could make me repurchase this over and over, it smells so clean! Also the smell stays on the brushes for several uses but not to the point of skin irritation. Most importantly it works sooo quickly and gets every bit of product off my brushes and beauty blender.

            • Q:

Is the texture a balm truly or is it a hard surface that moistens at the contact of water? If I press my finger into it, is it possible to lift off some of the product and rub it in my palm for example? How balmy is it really?

              • Brand Expert

                A:

The texture is more of a hard surface that moistens on contact with water which then turns into a balm. Without water pressing your finger on the balm itself will not lift.

I have extremely sensitive acne prone skin and check EVERYTHING I consider putting on my face for comedogenic ingredients. This has four ingredients ranging from mildly comedogenic to highly comedogenic. I understand that you rinse the product, but does any of it stay behind/is there enough to cause acne?

If brushes are rinsed properly and thoroughly, no residue will be left behind and we've received no indication acne may be caused. Make sure to allow to dry fully before using.

            • Q:

I have been looking for a good brush cleaner and beauty blender cleanser, but I have very sensitive skin. I have contact dermatitis, so I have allot of allergies to many different scented things. I was curious if I should just try the unscented one only, or if the coconut scented one would be ok to use as well? Thanks!
