I am a pale natural redhead with sensutive skin. I have tried many liquid liners and most burn my eyelids and eyes. I got this today and I used it with ZERO sensitivity! I actually got very little sleep last night, which makes my eyes more sensitive and I didnt have an itch or burning sensation at all! The thicker very firm tip makes it easier for my to do a proper cat-eye wing... my hooded crepey eyelids make this difficult. Its my genetics, not because I'm aging rapidly, I don't go in the sun. Yeah, its a great eyeliner overall! It was a random purchase too! I have Kat Von Ds tattoo Trooper liner and thats good, but I like the firm not flexible tip to dab it on to make the wing, the hooded eye version is tricky so this is a help!
I should have purchased the thin style applicator instead of the slanted one I got. It's a little awkward to apply a thin line equally on both eyes, and I'm well experienced in applying eyeliner. I do like the texture and coverage, however...it doesn't streak, smudge, or run. Takes a little more pressure to remove.

I just bought this product yesterday... I used the product once and it just stopped working. Like it Ran out of product. I tried shaking it and turning it upside down for a bit, nothing worked. 0/10 stars

This eyeliner is extremely hard to use, I bought it thinking it would be way easier. Though I am new to using eyeliner, that could possible be why. But when I tried applying it, it would just miss a few spots and I'll have to go over it . It's really hard to make a wing liner , i couldn't even make it at all.

I love this eyeliner. I am not great at putting on liner and this ones makes it easy. The angle means I can do thick or thin lines with ease. Love it!

I used this for the first time yesterday and put it to the ultimate test. I cried my eyes out. The right side of my face was on my husband's chest. The only thing that moved was a little of the liner on my right eye was rubbed off. Not much, though. The formula stays put. The shape and stiffness of the marker is awesome. I am not good at doing my eyeliner. I have been using another brand that had a flexible marker tip, which is much more difficult to use. Eyeliner ends up in places where I don't want it. This tip is nice and stiff and goes where I want it to. I do think it will probably dry up quickly. It seems to be a common problem with eyeliner markers.

Great eyeliner! Goes on soo smooth and doesn't smear like others I've tried.

This is the WORST eyeliner I've ever bought! First of all it's more of a marker than it is eyeliner. It doesn't apply to the skin properly and it doesn't cover it the way liquid eye liner does, and it DOES NOT go good over concealer. I tried making a wing over my winged concealer on my eye and it just kept getting stuck, it wouldn't apply and it doesn't smooth out. It's not precise so it's hard to make a straight good looking line. So I thought hey, maybe it's the concealer. So I tried it on my other eye that was dry. NOPE. Same problem. I actually want to throw this away and I've NEVER thrown makeup away

Worked on day one then just stopped working and clumping up eyeshadow and drying out. I drew over the same spot on my eye multiple times and it wouldn't color. Yes I placed the cap on it immediately after use. Yes I shook the pen. It's just a bad cheap product. Thank you next!!
Though I think it would work if you wore no eyeshadow or primer and just went bare with the pen.

This new version of Ulta's felt tip liner sucks. It's more like a "marker", whereas their old liquid liner was an actual felt tip brush that you dip into the liner. I absolutely loved the old one, but now I have to switch to a different line of products to find one similar to that one. I will say this current liner has long lasting wear, but very difficult for me to apply. You can't make corrections very well with this.

Didn't care much for it. I like the slant and bought it thinking it would make a great cat eye. My straight lines were awful...good color though. Stays on!

I want to love it. Applied nicely, got an ok line that was a little patchy even after repeated passes. Lasted about 5 hours in my air-conditioned office after being set with setting spray, and than it was alllll over my eyelids. Yikes. Had to wipe it off, and when I got home there was more smudged. Sad day.

Love this liner! Goes on smoothly.

Bought it, but did not come out of the bag. But was good when tried in store and was not easily washed off when tried to get it off with water.

I was pleasantly surprised for this being Ulta's brand honestly. No matter what I do my eyeliner ALWAYS transfers. Doesn't matter what brand, what formula, how I put it on. ALWAYS. This stuff legit doesn't move. Hot Atlanta day? DOESN'T MOVE!! Slanted tip is a bonus- bought it for poops and giggles but it ended up being pretty helpful since I just to a "one swipe" kind of thing.

It was probably the worst eyeliner I've ever used.

Loved it... super easy to apply and very long lasting, and you can't argue with the price 😊
