Most Helpful Positive Review Nice Product
First, let me start by saying I didn't really like this foundation when I first got it. It was a little too thick for me and didn't last that long on my skin. However, after playing with it and trying different application methods, I find myself enjoying this foundation now. Here are my thoughts based on the claims:
Coverage: Medium - I did find that this had medium coverage. I am normally a light coverage kind of girl but this adds that little extra when needed. I also mix it in with a moisturizer when I want to thin it out and have lighter coverage. This has worked for me and I prefer it this way.
Skin type: All skin types - I have combination skin this time of year. My T-zone definitely produces more oils in the summer months. It works for me and what I am looking for but I feel that if you have really oily skin, this may break up easily and if you have really dry skin, this may stick to dry patches as it does have a thick consistency.
Finish: Natural - I definitely agree that the finish is natural. The finish is one of the things I really love about this foundation. It looks very natural and gives your skin a really healthy appearance.
Additional Claims: A weightless, buildable, velvety, natural finish that mimics the look of smooth, healthy skin. I do agree with all the claims except the weightless claim. This is pretty thick and you can definitely feel that you have foundation sitting on your skin. If you are used to full coverage or thicker foundations, this won't bother you at all. If you are like me and used to light coverage formulas, this will feel heavy. I usually mix this with a light moisturizer and it thins it out and doesn't feel as heavy when applied. The finish is beautiful. I definitely agree that it is velvety. It doesn't last the longest on my skin but I don't really mind that as I don't use this for longevity - I have other foundations I reach for for lasting power.
Most Helpful Critical Review Not a fan
Was surprised at how much I hated this after reading the reviews. The Ulta salesperson raved about it, said it would be "awesome" for my dry, 50 year old skin. Oh so wrong. It was terrible for me. Used a tiny bit, and was like applying mud. I was told it had a glowy finish. Not even close. My skin looked like it had cracked after a few hours, and that's with a great primer and a ton of moisture underneath. Settled quickly into fine lines, making them more pronounced (Not the look I was after) really disappointed that I fell for the sales pitch. I generally love becca products, but this one was a huge miss. Thankfully with ulta' s excellent rerurn policy, there was no issue getting rid of it, but was really bummed by the sales girls complete lack of knowledge. If you are over 40, stay away from this foundation (just my 2 cents)

The product easily blends and has a variety of shades for darker tones. But it makes me oily after about an hour and doesn't stay on

This was by far the worst foundation I've ever tried, and I've tried A LOT. This hung to dry patches that I didn't even know existed. This broke down horribly and left a patchy, dry mess. It gave me decent coverage at first but that quickly wore down. The finish was flat and cakey. Never again. I usually give my friends or family products that don't work for me but I'm convinced this is so bad that I threw the whole bottle away. It's a no for me.
Stop!! Don't do it!!

This is a terrible foundation. I have combination normal/dry, large pores. This doesn't blur anything. I went back and bought a Becca primer to see if it would work better with that but no luck. Also, it has alot of grainy particles like powder. It was weird. Tried shaking it but I was always getting those small grainy, sand like particles. Not worth this sale price. And it wasn't on sale when I bought it , ugh!

There's a reason this is 50% off. It's a really bad foundation. I work as a freelance artist and I tried this foundation on myself (to see if I could keep it in my kit) big NOPE. Unless you like texture & your foundation emphasizing pores and oiliness stay away from this. Also this faded on my normal skin in under 2 hours. What a shame.

bought this foundation finally, after a year of back and forth. gorgeous solid medium coverage, that works well over my 30 yr old, dry, acne prone/scarred skin. light enough to wear in this hot and humid summer, the greatest part of it all is THE SELF SETTING CLAIM HAS PROVEN TRUE TO ME!! it sets down and doesn't budge or transfer without ANY POWDER to achieve it! I'm very pleased with this purchase

Ive tried MANY foundations (including the Becca 24 Hour Foundation) and this one is by far my favorite. It's not too heavy and leaves a beautiful dewy look to my skin. That being said, while I like my skin to look dewy I also have an oily skin type. Just a little brush of powder in my t-zone every once in a while and my skin is back to looking flawless! Would highly recommend buying for sure.
A joke for greasy skin

It looks good at first but shortly after it's gone
pretty good :)

look- i happened to have found this foundation at tjmaxx for $9 in my exact color. for the original price of $44, you could definitely find better foundation.... with that being said this is a really nice dewey foundation, and the coverage is light to medium, so it makes for a no makeup, makeup look which i love. it does crease rather quickly in the under eye area and around your mouth, but some setting powder should fix that. at the sale price i would say it is worth a try if you are looking for a natural looking foundation!
Perfect once you get your color

I use this has a concealer, foundation and dewy look. Buy it in store- try it on for your color! Then you'll never want anything else. Always in my skincare routine

Its an easy to work with formula as long as you only use ONE pump (like is recommended) the color matched my skin so easily even if i get darker over the summer (i wish) i know i can easily add some bronzer and i won't look crazy. I wish i found this foundation when i first got into makeup 3 years ago. I rested my hand on my face while watching an entire episode of season 2 of Mr. Iglesias on Netflix (i recommend this serious its hilarious!) and the foundation didn't move or smear. Even with all the laughing i was doing i didn't get any creasing other than my normal smile lines i get with every foundation.
Smells strange and has a yellow tone
Dee from South Carolina
Every tone has a yellowish cast, there's not enough tones for pink/cool undertones, you either get a really pale or a medium which is more darker. It goes on smoothly and does hide pores but the smell is like raw shredded coconut. If I could get past the smell and the yellow tone, the fact that it make my skin feel tight and dry, I had to return it. It's just not for me.
Dry and Cakey
Alexis from Brooklyn New York
I have combination skin and this just didn't work for me. It clings to dry spots and seeps into fine lines. It's also really hard to blend. I'll be returning once stores open again. I don't recommend.

You need very little product to get wonderful coverage.
Sabrina from Las Vegas
I usually stick to the all-star foundations like Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown but when I saw that this one was on sale, I bought it on a whim. It did not disappoint! I have super dry skin and it went on so smooth without showing my dry blemishes. A little goes a long way and it sets so well. I love it! It's my new favorite.
Em from USA
I am someone with combo-oily skin, and this foundation makes me skin look so dry! The texture is waaaay too thick for the type of look that this product should give and really emphasizes dryness/texture on the skin. You have to blend fast in order to evenly apply the product, as well. I'm decluttering this.

this stuff is on sale for a reason. i am olive in the summer. the color is beautiful when you first put it on but by the time i leave work i have a bare face. i also use the glow elixir serum primer, so I don't understand why this fades off so badly. its not that its medium or light coverage, it literally fades off and i dont even touch my face. no wonder its half off.
unless you like reapplying, do not buy this!
L.O from Chino hills
This foundation is in my top 4 for sure! It is just so flawless and doesn't look to Cakey. It is medium to full coverage. I mainly try to spot conceal and then apply this foundation and it's is amazing! I love that I can mix this with just a dot of full coverage foundation and it mixes so well with others and it just becomes an even better flawless foundation. It doesn't last all day but that's okay for me.(8 hours) BUY IT trust me it is beautiful!
Only con is the scent
Veronica from Texas
Great formula it is lightweight and buildable with coverage it also can be worn sheer and looks like nothing on the skin I really enjoy this. The con is the high coconuty scent but it's not that strong also the shades need improvement and price is too high for how little foundation stays in packaging other than that great product
Love Becca but not this
Lady Viking from Los Angeles
In general I'm a huge fan of Becca. Was so excited to get this but just doesn't work for me at all. Provides decent coverage but stuck to every dry patch on my face and made me look dry and cakey. It's also very yellow.
Becca User from honeymoon avenue
I've used this foundation for 8 months. I wouldn't use this foundation if you have acne or dark circles it doesn't really cover those problems areas well. I've also noticed i'm breaking out in my cheek area which i've never had a problem with. I used to love this foundation until I realized it fades throughout the day. Although if you have clear skin this is the perfect product for you! it gives an even complexion. 3 1/2 stars I had a good run with becca though. I also tried their full coverage foundation but it's too cakey.

for a long time i've been using Urban Decay One & Done for my every day wear and it is now discontinued. this was suggested to me that it would be similar and i think i love it even more!
I've tried a lot of foundation, this is my favorite

It's foundation. It covers well. Love it
Love this foundation!
Kayla from Raleigh, NC
I absolutely love this foundation. I used Urban Decay's Naked Skin for a long time until they changed the formula and it was really hard to find a new foundation that works for me. I have pale skin with extreme pink undertones and most foundations are just too neutral or yellow toned to work for me. Not this one! It goes on perfectly and I don't have to worry about it looking unnatural on my skin! It covers my rosacea and helps me feel confident again. All I need is 1-2 squirts of product and it spreads all over my face! It's also not super matte, so it dries, but doesn't look cakey. Gives me a nice, glowing look.
I only have a one real con (hence the 4 star instead of 5 star rating): The price. This foundation is really expensive especially for how little is in the bottle. I'm having to replace foundations once every 2-3 months, when I used to be able to go at least 4-ish months with my older foundations. The squirt bottle is great, but once you start running low, it becomes very difficult to actually get the product out and you have to start rolling it up (like a toothpaste bottle). I wish there were an easier way to remove the top so that you could get the rest of the product out. For the price, I would expect this to last a little longer. My only other con is that if your skin is dry, it clings to the dry patches. I have rosacea on my face so I suffer from a lot of cheek dryness and texture patches and if I'm having a flare up, this foundation just clings to it and makes it more obvious.
Love beauty from Los Angeles CA
I'm super picky about foundations and the only one that has been my go to lately is Estée Lauder double wear...until I found this one. I love how a little bit goes a long way and it doesn't have a cakey look or feel. I'd definitely buy it again!!
Did not work for me
Evelove from Covina
I purchased this foundation since I was running low on my bare essentials one. I really wanted to like it but it just didnt work for me the consistancy was thick and dried fast not enough blend time for me, throughout the day it settled in any wrinkles or lines I have in my face even after setting it. It also looked too dry after setting it and adding fix plus on top the dry areas on my face stayed looking dry and patchy. I dont know if this foundation or their serum broke me out in my forehead I used them at the same time and I dont have have sensitive skin whatsoever ever I ended up returning it.
