I used at the beach and the gold shimmer was AMAZING! It gave me a sun kissed glow. Just make sure to let dry for 5 to 10 minutes or it can get on your clothes
Just Sharing For Any Confusion... 5

It's not a "self tanner." It's a body oil that will give u a shimmering bronze look. It's not meant to cover every inch of your body or stay on for any length of time.. Just for places here or there, legs, etc. If you want a full body tan, you should buy a self tanner & then you could layer this on top of it for a night out or a beach day for added shimmer & gleam. :)
My favorite tanning oil! 5

I loved that it was not super oily, it dried quick, and i got a couple shades darker within 4 hours. I applied block and then the oil right after and it worked amazing for my skin. reapplied over and over and got major results!

This is my first time using a self tanner, overall I'm pretty pleased! Just a couple things though. As a disclaimer, I am very fair skinned. I did a patch test on my leg before going out for dinner with some friends, when I got home, it looked like nothing was there but I figured that's cause I hadn't cleaned the area before applying. I hopped in the shower, washed my body, shaved, and rubbed it all over. Maybe I just got a cheap mit but it was a bit streaky and took a lot of effort to make it look even. Also, the bottle is pretty small for the price, and I feel like I used SO much trying to spread it over my entire body. I'm afraid I'll only get a few uses out of the thing before it's completely gone. After getting it all evened out, I was very pleased with the results, seeing as how it wasn't orange and it smelled amazing (like coconuts). I went to bed after letting it soak into my skin for probably about an hour. Idk why I didn't anticipate this considering it's an oil, but it made me feel SUPER greasy. Like, being in bed with it on was uncomfortable and it made me feel like I needed to shower all over again. When I woke up, I was convinced all the color had transferred onto my clothes and bedsheets, because I couldn't see it at all. The color lightened by at least 50%. I'm a little disappointed but I figure, it's my first time putting it on and should probably build it a little more, even though the product doesn't say that it's supposed to be buildable. It's now the morning after and I still feel a little greasy, and the color is faint but it's there. Overall I'd say it was definitely a process, kinda difficult to work with, but the color looks so natural and it doesn't streak or transfer. I'm excited to keep building it until I get the tan I desire.

I accidentally brought this to the beach one day as a tanning oil and was pleasantly suprised. I'm not sure if this is a tanning oil, but it works as one! The shimmer in it is also subtle but lasts forever. I was at the beach sweating, tanning, and in and out of the ocean, but this shimmer stayed on. the only downside is that while putting this one i got some marks on my light colored bikini & it stained it. As long as you are very careful this lotion is great!

I absolutely love this shimmering oil. It hydrates my skin and gives it a beautiful glow. I recommend applying 10-15 minutes before putting on clothes.

Was so happy to see Bali Body finally stocked in Ulta and quickly got the Shimmering Body Oil, it leaves the most amazing tanned and shimmering glow on my skin. Wasn't sticky or greasy either which is a major bonus with Shimmer body oils. After using it my skin looked like it had been photoshopped it was so flawless and glowy. In love!

regret getting this it transfers to my clothes and doesn't leave a sunkissed glow. :(
