Most Helpful Positive Review worth the splurge People are right to point out that this product has a limited shelf life, because it is pricey enough that I can understand being angry about the product being unusable within 6 months. I'm glad that I went in with my eyes open. I took the advice of another reviewer here and use mine for my shoulders, lips, inner corner, decolletage... and it looks absolutely amazing everywhere. Well worth the price, it flatters the skin and looks positively lustrous, even on my 40 year old face.
I've never really liked cream products for the complexion, but I'm moving more in that direction as I get older. These luminizers do not lift the powder products on the skin at all, as long as you apply them correctly, either by tapping it gently onto the cheek and brow bones in thin layers, or by using a very slightly damp sponge. It can look like a tiny bit of natural glow, or very reflective and intense when built up.
Not only did I NOT regret this purchase, but I came back to buy more. I wouldn't recommend this line to people who want to actually cycle through their entire collection routinely, because they do expire quickly. I am neglecting all of my other highlights, all of my liquid glitter and metallic shadows, but I don't even mind, because they're perfect for my needs and have upped my game so much. My finished face requires far less powder and looks 10 years fresher. Highly recommend to anyone like me dealing with aging skin. Not oily, not greasy, just a beautiful finish with great lasting power and versatility.
Most Helpful Critical Review 3.5 stars I've loved Rituel de Fille's aesthetic for years and finally made my first purchase, Icebow, a few months ago. I love the glitter free shine that can be either a lit from within, ethereal glow or built up to a blinding sheen. It can be applied with a brush, sponge or fingers and it doesn't stay tacky or sticky or emphasize texture. The color is a neutral ivory that, on my very fair, cool toned skin, pulls almost silvery in some lights. It's really beautiful!
The reason I'm giving 3.5 stars, and why I won't buy another, is that after only 5 months, the texture is no longer creamy, the shine has dulled significantly and looks like it's separating when I apply it to my skin. I've tried warming it up and removing the top layer but nothing works. I'm disappointed because I really loved it but there's no reason for it to have gone bad this fast. I love the brand's Eye Soots and cream blushes but this highlighter was a fail for me.

The best 5

I normally don't like creme highlighters but this is amazing. It's light weight and smells great. It blends so earlier with my finger tips. I have two shades and I am obsessed.

The color is pretty but you have to cake it on to notice it.
The product is thick and definitely won't last.
Excellent thank you. 5

I love this brand and this highlighter. I bought phosphene. It's a beautiful peachy-pink. The creme is easy to apply with your fingers or sponge. This looks gorgeous over blush!
Note to purchasers 4

I haven't tried this product even though I would love to, I just thought I'd leave a note to the reviewer above and future purchasers stating that it went bad in only 5 months. The trade-off you get for an all-natural product is it going bad incredibly fast since the companies cannot add a synthetic preservative to maintain the shelf life. Dermatologists do not recommend products such as these for this reason, and they run a higher risk of forming harmful bacteria. It's such a bummer because these look beautiful! My advice is to use them quickly, use as a body glow for your décolletage, arms, etc as well as a face highlighter to ensure you get your money's worth :) the limited shelf life doesn't negate the product entirely!
High quality all natural product! 5

Love the texture, creamy but dried down powdery. Looks and feels light on skin. Best part is it is all natural! Beautiful packaging also

I bought ghost light, solaris and icebow. I can't say enough. They are all gorgeous. I love the creaminess and buildable highlight. Icebow is the one I carry with me so I guess that's my favorite every day one. These don't irritate my skin and I love that. A lot of highlighters whether powder or cream, have something in them that make my skin burn but not this one! The three I got were the ones I thought would show up on my fair NW10 skin and they do! Oh so pretty! Ghost light has a purple cast and Solaris is absolutely mesmerizing with shifts of red pink and gold. I'm just wanting more please.
Beautiful formula, amazing highlighters 5

Absolutely amazing formula. I am so glad they're at ulta now so that I can pick up the other shades. I've been using Ghost Light for over a year. It's the most beautiful iridescent glow. It has a purplish/violet hue that is very unique. They're impeccably creamy and last all day. Don't wait on these, they're seriously amazing. Better than non-clean-beauty brands. Add these to your arsenal. I can't wait to try the other shades. If you're unsure and want something unique, go with "Ghost light."

So happy to see Rituel De Fille on Ulta! 5

I just recently purchased this cream highlighter in the shade "Anthelion." They describe this as a gold shifting red, but I find it's a beautiful light gold shade. There isn't a strong base color, so I think it would be versatile on a variety of skin tones. It works best for me by applying with my fingers, the warmth of my fingers helps melt it into my skin. I also think it has decent longevity.
For reference, my skin tone is fair to light with warm undertones. In MAC F&B I wear C1 and C2, in Estée Lauder DW I wear 1W2.

I have the shades Icebow and Spectre and both shades are absolutely stunning! They can be built up to an intense highlight or can be a very subtle highlight. These are definitely a splurge but i got these last year and still haven't hit pan on them! Worth it!
