Most Helpful Positive Review LOVE IT!! I first smelled this in the magazine insert and went to Ulta that week to smell in person. I sprayed it on my wrist and walked around the store for a while shopping, waiting for it to dissipate a bit. I was absolutely taken aback...it smelled heavenly! I wasn't expecting that AT ALL. I have never purchased a JLO fragrance - I tried Glow and I smelled awful on me. This one I love and will buy the larger size soon. I don't know what people are talking about a fishy smell. I wear this daily and have gotten nothing but compliments from men and women. My work husband told me he liked it!
Most Helpful Critical Review Trial spray I read the reviews about Promise and didn't know what to believe about the so called fish odor people were smelling. I finally remembered to look for the perfume when I went to Ulta two days ago. I sprayed it on one of the perfume test strips and took a good whiff of it and immediately was hit with the fish odor which made my nose wrinkle up in disbelief. I took it over to my friend that was with me and made her smell it too and she made a face as well. I kept smelling it to see if it remained stinky but the fish odor diminished within the first two minutes. Otherwise Promise isn't anything different or special, it's very light and def not memorable.

I am fan of Jennifer Lopez music and acting career. This perfume last long time. I was outside with my mask on, and I notice the different. the scent is like a sweet and wood smell. I most of the time buy bath and body work mist. VIP perfume. by the way mist at the bath and body works don't last that long, designersr perfume is last longer

this is GROSS. it smells like straight up dead fish, i'm not even exaggerating. i tried it in store and i just had to write a review, it's seriously the worst perfume i've ever smelled. yuck.

I HIGHLY suggest to try a sample before purchasing. I purchased this fragrance and read the reviews afterwards, some mentioned a fishy note to this perfume so I tried a sample and sprayed on my wrist; I walked around for a while and sniffed my wrist and the reviewers weren't lying about the smell. This perfume didn't go well my body chemistry at all, there's a fishy note to it and I disliked it. If any are willing to try, I would recommend a sample before taking the plunge and purchasing. Unfortunately, I had returned. I really wanted this to work out but I couldn't get passed that note. Not sure if it's a bad batch or not...

Smells good but lasts very little. Money wise is not worth it. Avon perfumes last all day for a lot less money. The free gift of the small backpack purse is the only thing that made me keep it. J-Lo, you could do better? Can't you!?

This scent smells so good! Like make u moan a little good lol just but it you won't regret it and if you want the scent to last longer as any other scent rub a little Vaseline where ever u spray it and literally the smells stays. I typically reapply perfume every 2 hours anyway so I don't mind!! It's inexpensive and ya u won't regret it. I love Jenny so maybe I'm biased but if u love her to give this a shot. It definitely smells sexy and clean and fresh and just makes u feels like bowwchikiwowwow. Get it get it get it and if u regret it u can return it! 💕

I was in Ulta looking to buy some mascara and I kept smelling someone's perfume. I sniffed her out and asked what she was wearing and it was this!! I had to have it. It smells so fresh and clean! I have no idea what pickles or fish people are smelling in the other reviews. They must have the Covids and their sense of smell is off.

As a Jennifer Lopez product fan I have used many of her fragrances in the past, this one is very nice, smells great, classic J-LO however, I've noticed the smell doesn't last that long. My favorite by her was Miami Glow which I can't find anymore, so sad.

I've been waiting to get a new perfume I love and waited too long to get this perfume. It's amazing and I get a ton of compliments on it! It's a clean, feminine, floral scent and lasts all day! My friends bought this first and I waited, every time I saw them they had it on and it smelled amazing so I ran back to the store and bought myself some!!

The smell of this perfume is fabulous, but I am so very disappointed that the smell dissipates so quickly. In order to have a subtle scent after 10 minutes it needs to be used like a room deodorizer, so my bottle is disappearing quickly.
