Most Helpful Positive Review best investment !!!
Finally found a liquid liner that is precise to get the perfect line from thin to thick : the best part of this product is NO SMUG OR SMEARING MESS!!!!! It Dry as is. Also if you have sensitive eyes This will not irritate them . I have horrible allergies , sensitive skin , watery eyes and I wear contacts and this stuff doesn't budge or bother my eyes . I love this and will never buy any thing else ..
Most Helpful Critical Review Allergic Reaction
I bought this eyeliner because Clinique is supposed to have hypoallergenic ingredients but I ended having an allergic reaction and now I can't return it even though I have proof of my purchase and I haven't used much of it.

Like the color, but sometimes it doesn't flow on evenly.
Judy from Fairfield, California
The brush (actually more like a felt tip) makes applying a fine line so easy! Great dark brown color, doesn't dry out prematurely. Right up there with Dior!
Do not buy this - waste of money.

I got maybe 4 applications, it's garbage.
terrible liquid liner
Kay from Detroit, MI
Not sure if this liner completely dried out by the time it got shipped to me or if its just that awful but there's barely any liquid that comes out and I have to apply it 3 times just for it to show up any sort of dark. Would not recommend

This eyeliner, for me, stays better and lasts longer than Kat Avon D Tattoo Liner or Stila Stay All Day.
It is 5 stars for me, no doubt. Give it a try.
Eyeliner already dried up when I got it
Grace from MN
The first time I tried using it the eyeliner was already dry. I used it right away as well. It wasn't sitting in my cabinet for awhile.
Love the black
Heather from Maryland
Love this product in black. Very pigmented, stays all day - but the brown, not so much. I was disappointed it wasn't more opaque.
I'll buy the black again. Not the brown.
Probably won't buy again

Not very impressive.
BrittD from PA
The Black isn't dark enough at all. Barely any pigment to it. I will stick with Stila for sure.
Easy But Dull Looking
40's Lioness from California
This liquid eyeliner is cheap looking for the price I paid for it. I have to apply multiple coats to even see the eyeliner on my eyes. Fades off too quick. Not a good purchase for me.
Love the Applicator... pigment though
Steph from New York
I tried this during Ulta's 21 days of beauty since I needed a new eyeliner. I loved the applicator, I believe it's a brush applicator and it's so easy to manipulate and create my cat eye and winged effects. However, the pigment is not as black as I want it to be. When I wear wings I want it to stand out and be bold, but this was more of a less intense wing colorwise. I would still use it because of the applicator and during more natural days, but I probably wont repurchase it (might even return it since I also bought the stila eyeliner during the sale) especially at it's original price. For that price I want the liner to be blacker than my soul, which it is not.
I wound not buy again
Ashles from NY
too liquidy , poor pigment , stila is way better
never fails me
Bst1201 from Sc
this is my all time fave eyeliner. ive tried so many, stila, kat von D, dior, thrive etc. the price is steep but I promise, it's worth it. this is SO EASY to apply and achieve a nice wing or even just a simple line. the tip is sharp and precise. it stays put all day with or without setting spray. will purchase regardless always , regardless of sale.
Shai from illinois
honestly worth the price in my opinion. i always throw on winged liner everyday and this makes it so easy to get those sharp and bold wings. literally does not move throughout the day and lasts me a while. ive ran through about 3 now and every time i try a new eyeliner i always end up coming back to this one. its my all-time favorite i highly recommend.

I will be returning this eye pencil not enough pigment. I will stick to urban decay perversion eyeliner.
Kel from Fl
Comes out clumpy if at all. I bought the brown and it does not go on smoothly. Stick with Stila, trust me :)
My new favorite eyeliner
Darling from Cleveland
Goes on smoothly. No clumps. Not too dark.
Mo! from Richland, WA
Received it as a gift and now it's the only eyeliner I will buy
Suji from Scottsdale
I'm giving this one star because there is no option to give zero star. Couldn't even use once since it was dried fully and didnt even have a single stroke left, total waste of money. Disappointing product.
Clinique eyeliner brown
Dawnie from Washington State
Completely dried so can't say how this goes on. Hopefully I can exchange for a good one.
Not black enough, a bit dry
Cass from Salt Lake City
I wanted to love this product since I am a huge fan of Clinique products. The liner just isn't that special. The comments people made about it not being black enough are spot on. You don't get the pigment payoff and the quality is what you would get from a cheap brand. So to get it blacker, you have to go over the lines multiple times. With a winged liner, it's hard enough to get it right the first time. Having to go over the line multiple times guarantees you'll screw it up.
Easy to use, sharp brush tip
Jess from Bay Area,CA
I was a long time user of KVDs tattoo liner but stopped purchasing from the brand a few years back. I was using the NYX epic ink liner as it is also a brush tip, however every single one I've purchased ends up having ink spilling out at the base of the brush, pooling up and ruining eyeliner. I received this Clinique liner in a gift set and haven't used any others since. It lasts all day, it's easy to apply, and the finish isn't so matte that it flakes off easily. I haven't had any issues with the liners I've purchased not being dark or drying up.
loved it but it transferred
claire from Virginia
I got this eyeliner in the black shade and absolutely loved it. It has a brush tip which made it super easy to apply, and the color was really opaque. However, I have hooded, oily eyelids and this would always transfer onto the upper part of my eyelids. Such a bummer! But if you don't have this issue with liners then you'd probably love this one!
Best Waterline Eyeliner Ever!
Happy Lady from Texas
Don't think I've ever reviewed anything on-line before but am SO happy with this product I just had to write!
Product was dried up. Very little came out.
Rita from Winston-Salem, NC
Very disappointing. Apparently, an old tube, as I had used one like it that I received as a bonus gift.
