This eyeliner is great. It does not smudge nor flake easily. It goes on smoothly and is very pigmented.
Brown - chunky and smudgy
mangobeach from Los Angeles
Unfortunately this eyeliner didn't work for me. It was chunky and smudgy, I thought I was using mascara. I have hooded eyes so I need very precise eyeliner brushes that can line the narrow area right above my lashes, and this smudged everywhere, I ended up w panda eyes and stinging eyes cause it will be returning this.
Also: my shipment came late, and Ulta customer service reached out to me and was very nice about it. I appreciate it.

this stings my eyes like mad and it's not especially budge proof, but in general it's not bad as an eyeliner unless you have sensitive eyes/skin

this doesn't have a precise applicator so it's very hard to do a wing
Goes on perfectly straight
CLeader from NJ
This eyeliner goes on perfectly straight and makes a nice and thin line. I will definitely purchase this again!
Matte, black and stays on
korina from arizona
Love this eyeliner, it isn't too matte where it feels noticeable but has a very comfortable matte finish. It's a true black, and does stay on but I wouldn't count on it smearing on hotter conditions. Only thing I dislike about it is I feel like it ran out a bit too fast, but that's all. It's pretty good for its price!
Love this eyeliner!

I only just bought this product and am already beyond happy with it!! I've struggled to find a liquid eyeliner that do not bother my eyes. I've always love the eye pencils but this product tops it off! I can now apply my eyeliner with more precision and confidence without worrying about eye irritation.
love how black this eyeliner is!

I definitely recommend this eyeliner. the brush is nice and thin to get close to the lash line and create a sharp wing! i used to use NYC liner and have been looking for something similar since they discontinued it/or just don't exist anymore. so i'm used to using a flexible brush applicator like this. it's easy to create a very sharp wing but is way different then a felt tip marker type of applicator so be aware and know what your looking for!
