Most Helpful Positive Review PLEASE BRING BACK!!!! I was so excited to be able to order this on line as I cannot use any toner with alcohol. Please let this product continue to be available to those of us who cannot use the new.toner/skin refiner. Your on line ordering system is also fantastic. Could not believe how quickly I received my order and thank you so much for the samples and Christmas packaging. Well done!
Most Helpful Critical Review This felt really good and hydrating when I tried it at the This felt really good and hydrating when I tried it at the counter. But after about 2 weeks of using it, I felt like it completely dried out my skin, and my pores were larger than before. My t-zone turned into this weird mess where the skin around my pores became very dry/oil resistant and the oil that came out of my pores couldn't spread out over my skin, resulting in droplets of oil just sticking up from my skin and accentuating my blackheads.
I had oily-combination skin when I bought it, but it "rebalanced" me into a VERY dry-combination. This part isn't so bad if that's what you want, or you know it's going to happen. But, I had to switch to using moisturizers for very dry skin in order to close my pores again. Probably best for oily skin types, combos might be a hit or miss.
Definitely feel like I paid for a product that did more harm than good in the end.

I've used this for years as the beginning of my nighttime skincare. It's clean and fresh but not irritating to my eyes or skin. It moistens my skin and helps the ANR glide on. Seems to help it go further - I can use less to do more this way. No other brand's toner comes close to this - it's my long-time fav!

I really like using this toner. It leaves my skin feeling clean but not tight. I like using after cleansing my face as an extra step to ensure there is no make-up left. Although it's a little pricey, I feel it's worth it.
