Most Helpful Positive Review Great-ful Cover Girl!!! Once again Cover Girl has me covered! Their Perfect Point Plus Liquid Eyeliner is a definite must have in our arsenal of necessities! I always find eyeliner so difficult to apply and even more so at my age! As you all know our eyesight isn't what it once was as we metamorphose into the dazzling and delightful creatures only time can cultivate! If you wear glasses on occasion as I do then you know just how tricky it can be to get that line just right! Amazingly, this little dynamo is practically foolproof! I'm really not even sure how they accomplished this! My liner went on like a dream! What I also really love is this particular shade of black. It's not soooo intensely black that it appears "hard" looking rather it is a softer charcoal-esque black that, for me, really enhances my grey eyes! I LOVE it! Once again, Cover Girl has me covered and for that I am grateful!!! Thank you Cover Girl!!! I'm a "Great-ful Girl"!!!
Most Helpful Critical Review not the worst but not the best. issues with tip. I was SO excited to try this eyeliner because I'm a little bit of an eyeliner snob and eyeliner hoarder. They don't call me the queen of "wings" for nothing. Anyway, upon first look, the tip looked great. Super thin and what seemed like, precise, and very pigmented. At least it was on my hand when I tried it out. When using it on my actual eye, I found that the tip dried a little TOO rapidly which caused the very end of the tip of the applicator to begin bending and it is now a bit misshapen. I don't take a long time to put on my eyeliner at all, certainly not as long as the average person, so I believe that for others, their tips would dry out and become misshapen quite quickly, which essentially renders the eyeliner unusable. So it's kind of a toss up on the "rapid drying" being a plus and a minus. On the plus side, you don't have to worry about your liner going everywhere the moment you open your eyes because it's not dry yet, however on the minus side, you do have to continuously dip it back in to avoid it drying out instantly. A really good positive aspect of this eyeliner is that it IS very pigmented. The truest of black liners, which I really appreciate. However, again, because of how rapidly it dries, you will have to continue applying it in order to get a good solid and not patchy wing. So all in all, there are some pluses, there are some minuses, but for my personal needs, the minuses definitely outweigh the pluses. I believe that if the tip was made of individual hair fibers (like the KVD tattoo liner) that this liner would work much better. However, I believe this is a felt tip and it dries out entirely too quickly. All in all, if you like to take your time with applying your liner, I probably wouldn't recommend this product. HOWEVER, the very tip of the brush is quite thin (before it begins getting misshapen) so it's great for precision work.

I was a bit dubious in trying out brown eyeliner as I wasn't sure whether it'd look good on blue eyes. however, the formula of this would make me love it no matter the shade! this is so pigmented with a very fine tip that makes application easy. A great budget liquid liner.

I'm someone who is used to stick liners, I've tried liquid a few times but never had really great results, but I was excited to give this product a try. The tip was very thin, so I was able to create a really, really precise line. The liquid itself dried pretty quickly once it hit my skin, which was great because it had minimal smudging. But the corner of my eyes the liquid got in a little bit, and it burned a bit. I found it kind of hard to do the inner corners, because it kept running so badly. Wiping it up with a tissue was easy, though, it came off clean without leaving a lot of residue behind, so if I made a mistake it was a quick fix with just a tissue.
The color brown was a nice shade. The tube itself was small enough to fit in a clutch on the go! 
All in all, it was a pretty good experience for someone who hadn't used liquid liner in a while.

This liquid eyeliner easily creates a smooth, opaque line that does not chip and lasts all day. I love the grey color, something I wouldn't have chosen for myself, but will definitely use often now that I have it. This product also breaks down easily with a cleansing milk or makeup remover.

I love this eye liner, it goes on so smooth and easy, does not smudge once it's on if you accidentally forget and rub your eye, it also dries really fast after application. This is one the the best liquid eyeliners I've used for the cat eye look. On a scale of 1-10 I definitely give it a 10 and would buy when I run out.

I think this is a good eyeliner. I got a charcoal color which was different for me and I wouldnt grab for a night out. But for everyday it adds to your eye look. It didnt smudge much with my day to day errands.

Beautiful easy to apply formula. The espresso brown is a dark brown that looks slightly softer than a black. Can draw a fine line or a thicker line can be built up. It dries quickly with a matte finish. The formula doesn't skip or tug on the eyelid skin.

I usually only line my bottom lashes, and use a dark brown, so this was exciting to try. I love the point of this and it glided on smoothly. Looked natural and stayed put all day. Took a bit to get off, but I'm not used to a liquid liner so I think that's normal. All in all I would buy this again.

I'll definitely purchase this eyeliner again. Honestly, I don't wear eyeliner that often (especially with the pandemic!) but this is great foe all the WFH Zoom calls! It really made my eyes pop and was easy to apply for a makeup newbie like me.

I've worn liquid eyeliner before but I've never applied it on my own. This was the first time using liquid eyeliner without getting my makeup professionally done. This was very easy to apply and it went on smoother than an eyeliner pencil that I usually use. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This eyeliner has a precision tip that is amazing. Way to apply and very smooth. When in apply the product I feel that it does sting a little. Product dries really quickly which amazed me. With my hooded eye I'm always concerned if a product is going to smudge, this one didn't. Dries to a matte finish. This will be my 2nd choice behind Stila stay all day.

I love liquid eyeliners because they give a precise line and consistent performance every time. I really liked this espresso color for my brown eyes and it goes well with my makeup looks. this does have some dry time and it is a bit on the longer side, which is a bit difficult with my hooded eyes. but overall I really like it.

Upon my first time using this product, I hadn't attempted a winged look for months. This product delivered! The felt tip was so easy and smooth to work with, and I was able to "stamp" on a wing, and then form it into my hooded lid. When I did mess up, I could easily touch it up without runoff or discoloring left on my skin. It was one of the fastest looks Ive done! It feels light on my sensitive skin and leaves a great look. I am super happy with this product!

i was skeptical of a brown liquid liner but it's become my new fave! it's great for a natural or bold look, depending what shadow it's paired with. it stays put! lasted at least 10 hours without looking dull or faded. but removed easily with micellar water! the point is sharp and doesn't drag across the lid, making an easy and precise application. this will be my go to liner for sure!

I usually don't go with brown eyeliner but this is a must have. It makes your eyes pop and it is so cute! It smudges a little bit but other than that I love the application because it makes eyeliner wings very easy!

I've never used liquid eyeliner before this. Since I don't have any experience I can't compare, but this product was fairly easy for me to apply. It also seems to be long lasting. I'm looking forward to getting some more experience. I think this liner looks great once applied!

I tried this perfect point plus liquid liner by Cover Girl. I like the liners application brush! It smoothly applied on my upper eye with no issues. I like a natural look and didn't think I could get that with a liquid liner, I was wrong! Cover Girls liner allowed me to do a simple every day look in seconds!

I'm not usually one to wear black eyeliner. but this it's nice stayed on very well. Didn't smudge in the corners with the cat eye like it usually does. And very easy to apply. I didn't struggle at all with the liquid formula it was nice.
