Does not smudge
I have to put drops in my eyes throughout the day and needed a eyeliner that I was not touching up constantly. This is the best thing I have found. I put it on in the morning and it does not smear or smudge when I put in my eye drops. For me, this is worth every penny.
Beautiful color and smooth application
My only complaint is it seems there is not very much product in this. I love not having to sharpen the pencil but you can't see how little is really in the housing. Otherwise lovely color and smooth application. Stays on great with little smudging.
Not for your waterline
I love Hourglass products but this one is a miss - if you tightline your waterline, this smudges absolutely everywhere. Urban Decay Peversion is a much better option for tightlining.
