Kenra answered that VOC is determined by state you live in. I live in Florida and I get both....sometimes it's 80% and sometimes 50%. I love the hold of the 80% but my hair is curly and needs "picking" and when I do that with the 80%, it hurts me because of the pulling of the hair even when I try to gently pick it and damages my hair. The 50% doesn't hold as well, but that is what I need to stop the damage. HOW CAN I GUARANTEE WHICH VOC I AM GETTING IF I ORDER FROM YOU? I love Kenra and don't want to give it up, but I must be able to tell what I am ordering when I order it.

sticky and has white flakes
While this has a nice hold i didnt like that it dries sticky. i may have used more thsn the aversge person as i like a strong hold but even with minimal use it created white flakes. i think it could be better and theres better hair sprays out there especially for the price.
