Cocktail for volume, fullness, and protection on fine hair:

Bad packaging
I wrote an another review for the full size shampoo about how terrible the packaging is. I also got the travel size just to try the products and it is so difficult to get the shampoo and conditioner (in particular) out of the bottles because it comes in a rigid, square bottle that is as hard as glass. You cannot squeeze the sides of the bottle and tapping it against your hand actually hurts. The products are great and I do love them, but they need to change the packaging to make it more user friendly. I usually do not write a lot of reviews but my hope is that someone from the company actually looks at reviews to get feedback and maybe they will see our complaints and finally change the packaging!
not for me
I really dislike this product and the shampoo too. For context, I have fine, color treated, long hair, that gets oily easily. it didn't work for me because it was heavy, weighed my hair down, and makes my hair stringy immediately after use. it also smells grapefruity which I don't personally like but may be someone else's cup of tea. maybe this isn't for hair types like mine, but I expected it would have been since it's for volume and no one needs volume as much as us fine, straight haired folx.
