It's not bad but it does nothing special . I would not purchase at full price or again . I don't understand why it's so hyped :(...

It sucks under makeup, it makes it dry and flaky. When i tried wearing it without makeup it had a white cast and made me look ashy.

I should work for bobbi brown the way I promote their products! I highly recommend this & the primer/ moisturizer base. A little goes a long way. I use bobbi brown pressed powder over this & it stays on all day. I work in a hot environment (no ac) and never have issues with my make up.
Not what I hoped…
With all the good reviews I had high hopes for this, but it made my undereye concealer look worse - patchy and creased. So it's a no for me and at this price I returned it.

Been a fan of face base for sometime & recently decided to try the eye base. When used over my eye moisturizer I found my tinted moisturizer (BM complexion rescue) pilled. Used alone and it was a good primer NOT great as after about 4 hours there was some settling in lines. I find my eye moisturizer is more hydrating & longer lasting. I have used the face base up to and around my eyes over my own eye moisturizer....better results. The extra step, the extra $, creasing and less moisturizing gives it a 3....may yield better results on someone younger and/or that follows up with BB foundation.

While it can be gently applied around the orbital bone, it’s not intended as a traditional eyelid primer, so it may not give the same hold or performance on the upper lid. You can use a small amount on the lower eye area and lightly around the eye, but for the best results on eyelids, we’d recommend pairing it with a dedicated eye shadow primer or cream shadow.Was this answer helpful to you
