Hit or miss for me, unfortunately.
I really loved the idea of this eyeliner, but it was hit and miss for me. I got the shade Sand Fairy and it did a great job of brightening up the areas around my eyes and face where I applied it. Unfortunately, the application was frustrating for me. The pencil kept breaking off and it would take several clicks to get more product up, only for it to break again. I even tried applying it as lightly as I could. It was easier to use on larger areas, but when I tried applying it to my waterline or creating a wing, it was much harder to work with. I had to pull and press more than I would have liked, which made those areas difficult to apply. The color also didn't last near 16 hours which isn't a huge deal for me since I never need to wear makeup that long but it was smudging off about a few hours in. I wanted to love this one, but unfortunately it just didn't work well for me which made me so sad.

I am not sure if ots really my color, but the texure is velvety and it should be longwear. Probably I need to try other colors.
Great Shade
I love this new eyeliner - the angled tip makes it soo easy to make a winged eyeliner look! Wolf Mood shade gives me a super natural look on my brown skin tone. Not that visible in pics when I apply on my water line but on eyelids it looks amazing!
Best eyeliner I've ever used
So smooth and creamy, fantastic color payoff, and great blendability! The shape of the applicator is fantastic for tight- lining and waterline! You put it on, and it will stay there! This eyeliner is amazing, and I will recommend it to everyone!

Product gifted to me for free, by the brand in exchange for my honest review. During my initial swatch of this liner on my wrist, I had high hopes. It applied smooth and fast, in a thin line. But trying to apply to my eye was a whole other problem. I can't remember the last time I had this many problems with a makeup product, but especially an eyeliner since most formulas these days are easy to work with. It took me easily 30 minutes to apply this eyeliner in the 'sort of to the shape' I wanted, versus when I did my winged liner for a concert the other week with a product I like, I was done in just 10 minutes. At that point in time, I couldn't waste any more of my afternoon trying to 'perfect' the wing with this liner look since I needed to finish getting ready for work. The formula is flaky upon application, and sometimes it erases itself when you're trying to even out the color along your lash line. It's hard to remove with just water, you need to use micellar water or oil, which makes it hard to clean/re-apply if you want to make winged eyeliner with this formula. It didn't want to apply straight along my lash line which was extremely disappointing. I prefer my eyeliner to be straight, not bumpy or squiggly looking. Now I'm not one to do tightlining with my eyeliners, and maybe that's why this formula didn't work for me, since it says that it's meant to work for waterline/tightlining application. But I was so disappointed in this formula and all that it took to apply like a normal eyeliner. I can't remember the last time I had a product that I truly disliked this much. There was no redeeming this product, outside of the fact that I liked the royal blue of the flakes of this formula. I'd heard great things about products from Half Magic, so it was a bummer that the first product I tried from them was such a massive let down. This wasn't even worth two stars in my opinion. This is my first one star rating in a long time.
