I had just been on antibiotics when I received this to try. I figured prefect time. I took 1 dose and had really bad stomach pains, and gas. This happens when i take prebiotic. I haven't tried again but I will try again in the future.

Loved that this was in a pill form. It was so easy to take daily. I've tried others in the past that upset my stomach. With these they helped my guy health and I felt less bloated. I will continue to purchase these in the future.

Adding a simple supplement can help so much for vaginal health. Suffering from occasional uti's, I have noticed while taking this probiotic I have not had one. Why not take 1 taste free pill a day to strengthen gut health and aid in vaginal health. I've experienced no side effects, and pill size is about the size of any multi vitamin. Would recommend.
