The product does what it's for; scrubbing the body as supposed to. It feels super exfoliating, which is nice because I hate when loofahs are too soft. I love this loofah so much. I've bought 3 so far. When you first get it, it is pretty dense, but it spreads and fluffs a little with use. It does eventually wear out, but not any faster than any other loofah I've tried. Plus, it looks so cute hanging in the shower.
