Is this noncomedogenic?

However, we’re hesitant about applying the non-comedogenic label to any of our products since there is no universal and agreed upon guideline. Comedogenic scales often vary depending on the source. Individual skin chemistry can determine the extent of an ingredient’s ability to clog pores, so it is highly variable between people. As such, the only way to be certain is to actually try out the product. The same ingredient when used in a different concentration or within a different formulation will vary as far as being comedogenic or not. Winter skin must!
I've been using this as the last step of my routine during the winter. I usually use it on normal winter days not really cold days. It absorbs quickly and doesnt feel thick and clogging. The bottle is very small though, but a little goes a long way so I don't think I'll finish this too fast.
