    The eyeliner went on easily, but did not seem to stay. It started out, clearly defined, but as the day went on, it disappeared!

    LOVE this eyeliner for the waterline! I do waterline kajal everyday. I have sweated and ran in this and worn it for nearly 10 hours straight. It never smudges and never transfers. I can just put it on in the morning and forget about it!

    Yes, it can be used on the lower waterline. It’s dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested, and if you want a softer smoky look, you can smudge it within 15 to 30 seconds before it sets.Was this answer helpful to you

    Why does the cap on bottom of the liner come out?

    Hey there! That bottom cap is a protective end cap for the liner’s base/twist mechanism. It can slide off if it gets tugged in a makeup bag or loosens over time—just press it back on firmly until it feels snug.Was this answer helpful to you
