A must for clear bright skin!! I had used this for a few years, but for some reason I stopped. I "rediscovered" it and have been using it in the last year-and-a half or so, and I don't think I will ever stop again. For some reason this product doesn't get as much attention as it should like hope in a jar and other products, but it really should! I mix 1/2 to 3/4 scoop with the when hope is not enough serum and use every morning before moisturizer. I love it! It helps the skin stay clear, bright and smooth, and I feel that the combination really helps prime my skin for makeup so I don't even need any makeup primer. What's good for your body is good for your face--you need and would want vitamin C! The price seems high for a tiny bottle, but a little bit goes a very long way, so it really is a great value. I believe each bottle lasts me over 6 months with daily use.
For me it was messy They don't have my skin type so I choose Dry, I am actually very reactive, sensitive and I have rosacea with some dryness. I bought this based on a suggestion from a woman on a posting board I am a member of, I thought "hey this will allow me to use Vitamin C since I can mix it into my moisturizer". Well, while it does do that it is also a very messy process. I have tried mixing this product multiple ways with my PTR moisturizer which is nice but the process is a messy process and I am worried that I don't feel like I can put enough in to notice even a marginal change ( I am scared of putting too much in and bam! bright red and burning). My PTR Cloud Creme is a perfect product to mix this with but I end up wasting it and getting it everywhere. It is on the difficult/frustrating side trying to get the product out of the bottle with the little scoop and mix it effectively. I used it for a week, on the upside, while it didn't really irritate my skin I did notice that I was a tad on the pinker than usual side when I mixed this in with my creme---no burning, no itchy and no pain, just a tad more pink on my cheeks. While this is a really good idea, in theory, it seems to be a problem with implementation (at least for me, I'm not the most patient person in the world). I have decided that I will be returning this to the store. I could probably suggest it as a product to try but with the "this is messy warning". I gave it 3 stars because it is so dadburn difficult to mix well enough to probably do a lot of good unless they find a better way to mix that is not so messy and wasteful. Also, another good thing, no fragrance.
Good so far, but a little smelly 4

I like that this is a powder that can be added to any of my existing products which keeps my routine flexible. I do think that it's working to lighten my dark spots and overall redness. The only thing I don't like about it is the metallic smell. I have to be very careful how much I add to my products because otherwise I can smell it all day. I will keep using it to see the long term impact.
Good for skin condition, but stains brown! 3

I've been using this Vitamin C with Hope Is Not Enough Serum for over a month now and have noticed brown staining on my face in my eyebrows, at my hairline and under my chin, where I tend to stop the application. After doing some research, I've discovered that this is the normal result of the oxidation of vitamin C with exposure to air! It turns into erythrulose, one of the ingredients in self-tanners! If you want a combo self-tanning product, go ahead and use this product. But since you can't see where you're applying this, as you can with a self-tanner, you're at risk of streaking. I'm done with this product for now - I hate my skin having these brown stains, as they look either like I haven't washed my face or I have strange age spots!
Must have 5

I have used this product before. It is a must have for any serious beauty routine. I use it with a ski oil or balm under my moisturizer. Smoothed deep lines and keeps my skin glowing.
Melasma disappeared 5

I normally use the water cream and retinol at night. Never could really tell if they made a difference, but I have decent skin. I am 1 year postpartum and have had melasma under my eyes ever since. Kinda bothered me, but kinda didn't. Decided to add in the c booster to my water cream every morning. Within 2 weeks, Melasma was gone! I'll stick with it for sure!
Great product 5

I am 50 and I've been using vitamin c products for a very long time. I have used the expensive brand.. $160 a bottle and Ive use the cheaper versions but this one has given me the best results. Most people like spending the money for a better product but honestly this is the better product.
I read some reviews that said it burned their skin so I wanted to add… The first 2 days I used it, it tingled a tiny bit but after that it never did it again. So if you are considering trying this product I would say.. go for it!
