I've never used a grooming tool quite like this—it's truly one of a kind. I've been using it to both trim and shave my body hair, including my pubic area and legs, and it seriously delivers. I have thick, coarse hair, and this handled it with no issues. The trimmer is sharp, works especially well in the shower, and the built-in light is a game changer. It helped me get a much closer trim than I normally can, especially in hard-to-see areas. What makes this product stand out is the swappable heads—you can trim longer hair, go for a close trim, or fully shave. That kind of versatility is really rare. At first, switching the heads took a second to figure out, but now it's easy. I also love that you can flip the heads open to clean inside, which is such a thoughtful feature. The overall design is sleek and easy to handle—not too bulky—and it fits well in the stand, which is shaped to hold the tool upright. That little detail makes storage super easy. The whole device feels high quality and well-made. If I had to suggest one improvement, I'd love to see a holder or pouch for the extra heads and charger, just to keep everything organized. But even without that, this is easily the most functional and innovative grooming tool I've used. I love that it gives me the choice to trim or fully remove hair—with one device. There's really nothing else like this on the market, and I'm so glad I get to use it!

I purchased Fur's original trimmer years ago and was really disappointed. It tugged my hair and nicked my skin. I went back to my regular razor routine. My armpits were always prone to irritation and razor burn so I pretty much stopped shaving them and used scissors to trim as needed. Same with my pubic area. As I've gotten older I feel like my sensitive skin has gotten even more sensitive. As that happened, I shaved less and less. It felt like too much of a chore and timesuck for not amazing results. THEN the new Fur trimmer came out. I was skeptical because of the first Fur trimmer...but I...had fun?? And was excited?? the first time I used it! No tugging! (Unless I held the trimmer wrong.) No nicks! Now I can use the guard to keep my pit hair at just the length I like it and they're not irritated. I can go without a guard on my pubic area and around the most sensitive bits WITHOUT WATER and NOT IN THE SHOWER?? Life changing? Maybe. Years ago when I shaved bare I may not have liked that the trimmer couldn't get as close to the skin as a razor, but these days, it's perfect. It doesn't feel like a chore and the fact that I don't need water and shaving cream is...mind blowing. I know this sounds dramatic but I was really frustrated with my shaving routine. Mostly because I felt like I didn't have a choice. I HAD to let my hair grown long because of my sensitive skin and when I did shave with a razor, I had to deal with the irritation for a few days and my pubic area felt patchy because I never got very comfortable using a single blade razor on those parts. It usually didn't feel worth the time and not satisfactory results. Now I am SO grateful for the new Fur Trimmer! Why the 4 stars instead of 5? When using the trimmer dry, the hair sticks to the silicone sleeve (which I imagine is to help you keep your grip when you use it in water). It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying. The hair also gets stuck inside the head underneath the trimmer head. I don't want to run it directly under water because I don't want it to get inside the handle. It's also difficult to get the bits of hair from the trimmer head. A couple little brushes would be a great addition in the future. And oil? I'm new to trimmers, but I think you need to refresh the head with oil occasionally? Finally, I don't like that the actual razor heads are disposable. I understand why and I do like that they attach directly to the electric trimmer so you only need one main part, but I hope there may be a straight razor version in the future. That said, I've only shaving my legs with the razor once in the month I've had the system. I'm fine with not having hairless legs. I know this is a long review, but I wanted to share all my thoughts! I've been a Fur customer since the very first Fur Oil came out and I had to find a specialty shop in my city that carried it. These days, I use the shaving cream, after shave, and ingrown spray serum.

This product is better than I expected! The trimming is quiet and gets all the hair. I was first scared it would pull or cut me in the bikini area but glad to say nothing negative and I feel safe and confident in using it. The light is so bright which is great in the shower and I switching to the razor for my legs was easy. Love having just one tool that does it all.
