When I bought this I thought it would apply like a smooth oil, however it is actually a gel like substance that you have to smooth on. It has a nice fruity scent. dries quickly and does work well for a cuticle oil. the smell reminds me of a scented nail polish i used when i was little, it's so lush smelling. if you buy any cuticle product, make it this one!

I've been using Sally Hansen Cuticle Rehab for a few weeks, and I'm impressed with how quickly it softens and nourishes my cuticles. The gel formula absorbs well without leaving a greasy residue, and the fresh scent is pleasant but not overpowering. The brush applicator makes it easy to use, and I feel it's a great value for the price. My nails look healthier, and my cuticles are much smoother.

I like this well enough. It is a great value, easy to use and hydrates my cuticles well. Easy to grab and go and isn't greasy feeling for very long. However, I really dislike the scent. I don't know how to describe it but it kind of smells like a cleaning product and it makes me not want to use it. I wouldn't repurchase for this reason.

This gets my cuticles so soft and smooth. I love that it comes in a little squeeze tube with a brush. It's a lot in the tube for the price. There isn't really a scent like other similar products. I really like that it doesn't have any crazy ingredients. I would definitely recommend to my rough cuticle girlies.
