I love the smell of this conditioner but unfortunately my hair requires a much richer formula. The consistency of the conditioner feels ok but once it goes in my hair it feels too lightweight and I feel I have to use a lot of it to achieve the results I need. Major hair loss
I hate to say it, but like a few of the other reviews, this product has caused me major hair loss. My hair line is incredibly embarrassing because I'm losing so much hair. It's very noticeable now. I used this product for probably a year and a half. It does a great job protecting my balayage hair color, and making my hair/scalp feel clean, but yeah losing clumps of hair is a issue. That's not to say that will happen to you, as there are clearly a lot more positive reviews, but this is my experience.

I love the smell of this; it's absolutely intoxicating. I have color-treated hair but oily, congested skin, so I need the tea tree oil to help combat that. The shampoo addresses the oil concern directly but this is a good complimentary conditioner. I find that I still need to use a leave-in conditioner to help with my dry ends but I will continue to purchase this unless my needs change.
