We've all bought foundations that are not perfect matches.. I know I have a hard time finding warm foundations that are not too dark, so I end up with a lot of cool tone foundations in my stash. I'm not sure if the pro drop is meant to be mixed with foundations that are not by NYX, but it still works great! I've been able to warm up a lot of my other foundations with this and they work just fine. It does take away from the mattifying power of some foundations, but I can always use powder for that.
I bought the red one because I have found that a lot of foundations run too yellow for me, and I was hoping to salvage them by getting something like this to make them a little more cool toned/neutral. The idea behind it is a good one, but the texture is strange and oily and the color is absolutely horrible. I see in the video the woman using the red corrector is much darker then me, and I don't believe anyone with a lighter complexion can use this product successfully. With only one drop, it turned my foundation a dark orangey color, the exact opposite of what I was looking for. I'm sure someone with medium and deeper skin tones will find this product to be helpful though, just didn't work for me which is fine

I really tried to give this product a chance. I bought the yellow one and the dark one in order to make my foundation darker but they did nothing to help. I will be returning it.

At first glance the product looks like water. Wasn't sure how it was gonna work with my foundations and I honestly thought I was probably gonna return it. It's hard to find a good color match, and most foundations in my shade run cool/rosy. With a few drops I was able to change the undertone on my foundation. My foundation application was FLAWLESS. I get compliments on my skin when I use it. Recommend 10/10!!

I got the dark red color and it's as thin as water. It looked like wiped off dried blood on my face. Definitely would not recommend.

I am thrilled that NYX is making these. My whole life I had problems with the "off the shelf" foundation. I couldn't quite match my skin tone, mainly because I go from tan to not tan throughout the year.
This Total Control Pro Drop Foundation Hue Shifter is an amazing solution!! I got the red one a while ago - perfect! It helps that NYX sent me with my last purchase a mixing palette free - very helpful!! Thank you!

I love y'all but if I had to describe the white, it woul.d be oily watered-down milk. Doesn't lighten at all. :/

bought this product to save a buck and it does absolutely nothing but thin my foundation. I bought the deep to darken. I highly recommend color fx!

Bought this at the store bc they didn't have the la girl one and was a water consistency. And did absolutely nothing.

Okay... i have fair skin so I thought it might help and lighten my foundations... It barely lightened. It makes all of my foundations so sheer and feel like I'm putting oil on my face. I think you guys can do better.

I bought the whIte to lighten foundation. I thought I had gotten a bad bottle - it's just oily and won't mix. I spent 5 minutes shaking it trying to get it to mix but it's just separated and oily and almost clear. Their other mix in medium was better - they should bring that back. Don't buy this product. Buy manic panic or L.A. Girl if you want an affordable mixer

I bought the white and red. Both are worthless. Thin and oily and did nothing to adjust the foundation colors.

i purchased the white shifter and this product is pure oil. it does not make my foundation lighter and it feels gross on the skin. waste of money, will be returning.

i got the white. This did absolutely nothing. No matter how much you put in it did not lighten the color at all.
Ab4942 from Massachusetts
I honestly thought i got a bad one. It smells funky and the texture is strange, its literally like a tinted oil. It changes the texture of any foundation you mix it with. Also didnt even lighten the collr

It has the consistency of water and did not lighten my foundation at all. It just thinned out my foundation and made it watery too.

The product is definitely not worth your money. Big big disappointment. Like mixing milk with foundation. Does absolutely nothing except creates a mess.
Hellenor from Mosciw
White and dark are absolutely terrible, dark makes everything dirty and white doesn't do anything.

I bought two of these as when i tan during summer my skin darkens and then lightens in the fall and winter. Both products did absolutely nothing. I tried them with NYX foundations and others. Worthless product.

I absolutely love that I can use this to lighten my favorite summer foundation! Though it can be a little messy, so be careful where you mix it. I have no complaints, it works as advertised!

Ive always had a darker shade foundation to mix in with too light foundation shades. This works even better and is much more cost effective!

I have no complaints about this item. I love it. The employees are super knowledgeable and do the best job, I love this place.

This is pure tinted oil. It did next to nothing and made my foundation look dirty, not deeper. You're better off with the LA girl pigments. I have the white and blue ones and they are pure pigment. It doesn't change the foundation formula at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

I think this product might work ONLY with the NYX total control pro foundation. I have some foundations on different brands that are a bit too light. I wanted something to darken it just a little, but this gave it a very grey tint. I couldn't even fix it by adding more foundation to it. I tried it with a NYX total control foundation (not the NYX total control PRO) (they're a bit different) and it did not work out. It's excessively liquidy in the way that it's very runny, because you don't even have to press on the dropper in order for product to come out.

Pure oil I bought to make my foundation lighter and it did nothing just changed the formula completely
