Great for curly hair!
I received this CHI product for free in exchange for my honest review. I have curly/wavy hair that dries very frizzy. This straightener worked very well for me even on the lowest heat setting and left my hair soft and smooth. I also love that the rounded edges make it a more versatile tool as it allows you to curl the hair or even just round the ends for a different style. I definitely recommend for those with frizzy/curly hair who enjoy switching up their style occasionally.

As someone with naturally curly hair, I'm really impressed with this straightener. It heats up super quickly and works surprisingly well even on the lowest heat setting, which I really appreciate. It leaves my hair smooth and straight without needing to crank up the temperature. I also love that the rounded edges make it versatile. You can use it to curl your hair or round the ends under instead of just getting a completely straight look. It's become one of those tools I reach for because I can do multiple styles with it. I waited a couple of months to give an honest review. Its been years since I have used Chi irons. The quality has changed. Chi had big shoes to fill since my previous iron was a Croc Professional. This Chi product is not worth the money. The straightening power is okay but the closure is weak so multiple passes are needed and you will need to firmly hold the iron down with force to fully straighten your hair. In my opinion that causes too much damage to your hair. I have had better results with $30 straighteners. I wanted to give Chi and babyliss a try but I'm not interested in wasting any more money on irons that the quality isn't there anymore. I will be going back to Croc Professionals.
