Sharpen the tip with the Dual Precision Sharpener (sold separately), then glide along the lashline or waterline. For a soft, diffused effect, blend with the smudger side of the Angled Line + Smudge Brush (sold separately). Work on one eye at a time---the formula sets quickly. To create a soft wing, use the angled side of the brush to pull color out.

I received a free sample of the Illia Thru Line Waterproof eyeline and was a bit disappointed in my experience. While using the Thru Line eyeliner, I found it to not be Waterproof and doesn't last very long. I felt the liner goes on smoothly and doesn't seem to pull.
