Using Your Device
To power on the Theragun Relief, long press the button on the device.
Move the device across the areas in need of treatment, gradually applying light-to-moderate pressure as needed. Spend approximately 15-20 seconds on each treatment area before gliding the device to the next treatment area.
Short press the button to toggle between the three speeds (low, medium and high) based on your preferences. You can use your Theragun Relief for up to 2 minutes per area of the body. Important to Note: The device does not automatically shut off. To turn off your Theragun Relief, firmly long press the button until the device powers off.
Connecting Attachments
Ensure the device is powered off before connecting or removing any attachments.
Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect.
To remove the attachment, hold the triangle grip with one hand and the attachment with your other hand. Place one finger on each side of the plastic connector and firmly pull off the attachment.
Warning: Do not place your finger between the attachment and the end of the arm, as this may cause pinching and injury.

It's super lightweight and provides a gentle, tapping massage wherever you need it, helping with muscle relaxation, pain, and tension. It also has an app that helps you choose the type of massage you want. It has three adapters that work for each part of the body. It's the best way to relax and continue with your daily routine. It has no sound, and the battery is durable.

I received this in exchange for my honest review. I love it! It's easy to use, durable, the battery is long lasting. It has different settings and attachments to fit your needs. It feels so good and it's not too bulky or loud.
Good but Not Great
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This little Theragun Relief is ok. It has 3 speeds and the controls are easy and intuitive to use. One button, hold to turn on and off, click to switch speeds. I like that it uses a USB-C for charging. It also comes with 3 attachments, ball, dampener, and thumb. This would be good for an elderly person before the motor is not too powerful so it is lighter and easier to manage. I also own a Theragun Pro and that is almost too powerful but it definitely massages but you have to be careful using it or you can hurt yourself. Plus the Pro is much heavier because of the battery pack.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I absolutely love this massage gun. My old one died and this came at the perfect time. First, it has three attachments and three modes. That's plenty for all my needs. I am so impressed with how lightweight and quiet this gun is. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to massage at different angles. This charges fast and the chair lasts a long time. I will say some guns are too powerful and hurt, this one doesn't and is perfect and alleviates my muscle pain perfectly without leaving me sore. Love!
