Using Your Device
To power on the Theragun Relief, long press the button on the device.
Move the device across the areas in need of treatment, gradually applying light-to-moderate pressure as needed. Spend approximately 15-20 seconds on each treatment area before gliding the device to the next treatment area.
Short press the button to toggle between the three speeds (low, medium and high) based on your preferences. You can use your Theragun Relief for up to 2 minutes per area of the body. Important to Note: The device does not automatically shut off. To turn off your Theragun Relief, firmly long press the button until the device powers off.
Connecting Attachments
Ensure the device is powered off before connecting or removing any attachments.
Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect.
To remove the attachment, hold the triangle grip with one hand and the attachment with your other hand. Place one finger on each side of the plastic connector and firmly pull off the attachment.
Warning: Do not place your finger between the attachment and the end of the arm, as this may cause pinching and injury.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Very high tech new theragun massager. The package was so nice and luxurious when you unbox it. There was a QR code for you to scan to use the app and register the device. I thought the massager was quiet and the battery life was great. It last for a few sessions. Helps me get the knots in my shoulders!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was extremely excited to get the theragun relief for free for testing purposes! I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it has quickly become a staple in my recovery program. It's super easy to hold and use on myself and I like that I have three speeds I can choose from. It's not too loud either which is a plus. I mostly use it on my legs, lower back and shoulder area post workout. It's nice it comes with the different attachments but I will say it can be a little hard to change them although that could just be user error. As for packaging my theragun came boxed super secure with some helpful tips. Also loved a QR code was included so I could quickly and easily download the app which has a lot of great and helpful videos. If you were on the fence about buying this product, you should definitely buy it because it is so worth it and helpful to every day life. I would 100% recommend this product.
Absolutely wonderful
This massage gun is really nice! It's durable and the handle allows one to grip it in various positions. 3 different attachments and settings. Works wonders on back, neck and legs. Easy to charge and packaging is great for storing. Very happy with this product and I highly recommend it.

It's small and compact, not bulky like other similar products. The battery lasts a long time and there are three different modes and tips for different parts of the body!
Light, compact, and effective!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is the very first time I ever used a Theragun and I was really surprised on how light it was! Super easy to use and maneuver. It holds a charge for a really long time but I have found that it works so well so quick, it doesn't even matter. It's really quiet, which was surprising as well. I love that it comes with cards to refer to on how to do some quick relief correctly. I would definitely recommend this, especially for someone wanting to use it on themselves.
