Ordered in August. Bought it for a wedding and on the second use, dabbed brush on the middle and it sank a hole into the product so easily as if it was hollow underneath then it's now crumbled since it sank into a big circle right in the middle. Contacted customer service, since it's over 14 days nothing could be done. 14 days is not enough to see if a product is good or even compatible with skin and to offer no real solution to a faulty product or maybe I got a bad one. Either way it was upsetting given I've ordered so much stuff from this company in a small amount of time. Given now that it's just a crumbly big hole in the middle, it has no value or use.
