The new packaging comes in a slim resealable pouch instead of a box. For me it's easy to carry as there's times by the end of a day I feel a breakout ready to erupt. These are hands down my favorite pimple patches - largely due to the fact that you can't even tell I'm wearing one. On those no-makeup days, the tapered edges do an amazing job of blending in and concealing my spots.
